A wonderful place to make Holidays!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and it was just amazing! The landlords were exceptionally friendly and made sure we didn't miss anything. Her warm welcome and helpful manner made our stay truly memorable. The house itself is an absolute dream. It is not only beautifully decorated, but also spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped. We were particularly impressed by the variety of amenities offered here. The grill in the garden was perfect for social evenings, and the dart board provided a lot of fun. A highlight was also the ice cube machine, which provided a welcome refreshment on hot days. We can fully recommend this property.

This place is amazing and perfect for 4 couple. Jakovs attention to detail was amazing. It has a beautiful view. There are about 6 switchback s to get to the villa. It has been constructed with the power lines underground and it appears to be the only villa in the area plus the one his sister owns next door that is set up that way. This means that ahead of you there are unrestricted views. Although walking around the top of the hill is beautiful - it is a trek to get from downtown and you need a car. As long as you plan ahead all is great. As we basically cooked most evening this was great. The outside grill area in the back is great for 8 people as is the inside and outside dining. The King beds were great and the balconies for the 2 upstairs bedrooms were great. I highly recommend this place. It is stunning. Kakov also provided a fruit basket, some wine etc as a welcome gift. First Class.

Our stay at Villa Provvidenza was wonderful and very relaxing! The house is very modern and nicely furnished, also the amenities leave nothing to be desired :) Definitely sufficient for a group of 8 persons (4 couples). The villa is super nicely located, so you can see the island of Krk as well as the sea. All 4 rooms are facing the sea:) Daniel and Irina are very friendly and communication was always hassle-free. :) Tips for restaurants or other things in the area were quickly helped via Whatsapp. We highly recommend Villa Provvidenza! :)

We had a very nice week of vacation here! Ivana's husband was already waiting for us when we arrived and showed and explained everything in the house. We didn't miss anything, everything you need is available; the kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is of high quality, there are enough cabinets and shelves, the beds are mega comfortable, the bathrooms are very high-quality, the whole house very spacious and above all very tastefully and lovingly furnished and decorated! There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. The pool saved our lives at 38 degrees:-) The terrace is in the shade, there is an outdoor grill + sink and a separate garden is also part of it. Ivana and her family live next door so they are always responsive. The location is quiet and you definitely need a car to get to shopping or beach. We would keep coming back here and can fully recommend the house!

A nice accommodation for societies that intend to enjoy with self-prepared food, in the pool and some drinks, even with music there is no particular problem as the location is well fenced and can't hear much out. Worth a visit

Doris' accommodation is extremely equipped, spacious and clean. It's great that there is a pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong, etc. Doris and her partner are very kind and flexible, helpful. We have very nice memories from there. 🤗❤️

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

We had a wonderful stay with a large group of people (adults and children) at Fabian's accommodation. Here are the key things we loved about our experience: The apartments were very clean and incredibly comfortable. Stunning Sea Views Fabian was a fantastic host, always friendly and helpful. He provided us with plenty of valuable local tips. The apartments were perfectly situated close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still offering a peaceful environment. The spacious apartments and outdoor areas made it ideal for our large group.

Great accommodation with swimming pool, you were looked after twice a week. Lidija also takes care of the guests and asks if everything is okay. Always happy to come back.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Accommodation is a dream,❤️ everything as in the photos. But there are still additional costs, which are not clear from the description (e.g. 30 euros per day for pool heating or 30 euros per day to rent an e-bike). Accommodation is very clean and really well equipped. Beautiful location. We didn't want to leave the villa. Only the tennis court is not suitable for pre-season preparation. Unfortunately, the course is not in perfect condition for tournament players.

Great place to stay. When we asked for a second cot for our two babies, Anastasija made sure that we have everything we need.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

We stayed at the property for a total of 12 days in September. Unfortunately, we only had 3 days of good weather, which is why we unfortunately could not fully enjoy the great pool. An absolute plus, however, was that the accommodation offered sooo many extras. From a dartboard, to table soccer and table tennis, etc., everything was offered. For smaller children there were toys and on the large property even a play tower with swing and slide - just perfect! Since we arrived overnight, we were also able to check in in the morning by arrangement - thanks again for the flexibility. It's important to know that the beach is about 30-45 minutes' walk (downhill). But you can drive by car in about 5 minutes to a small beach. In the village itself, there is a small CONSUMER market - here we got the most necessary food. All in all, we were very impressed with the villa and especially the excellent amenities!

How shall i start…it was a perfect stay in the area of Rijeka. The house is located in the community of Kostrena, close to Rijeka, with a wonderful view overlooking the Kvaener bay. Just amazing! The house is new with four bedrooms and min. three bath rooms. (3 insuite and one additional bath room). It is spotless clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. It even offers a fully automated coffee machine. The terrace with the open fire place is perfect for nice evening bbq‘s. The pool was already ready for use and the kids did use it every day! Thanks for the wonderful time, Zeljko and Ira! You are wonderful hosts!!!

The best cottage ever – with everything you could ever want and lovingly decorated down to the last detail. For the whole family it never gets boring: hot tub, pool, darts, trampoline, table tennis – it's all there! The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are generously sized. We can absolutely recommend this house! In reality, it's even more beautiful than on the pictures – it's wonderfully quiet in a small cul-de-sac.

The place is nicely located and has a great view of the sea. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We were very pleased and had a nice time. It is absolutely recommended.

The check-in was easy to do and flexible. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. Unfortunately, We stayed at the end of December and the pool was not usable as it was not possible to heat it up enough. Our dogs were perfectly safe and happy walking around the area. Place is very quiet and isolated. Will definitely consider going back another time

This was a great experience! We had spent a week on the Croatian Islands and wanted a different second half of a holiday, up in the mountains with good access to explore Istria. The house is very private, with spectacular views over Istria, a lovely pool and the sun shining on the front all day. The house itself is brand new, with all of the modern amenities you would need, really well designed with lots of nice touches. Big dining areas indoors and out and many different seating options, so you could be in/out of the sun and inside/outside of the house and be comfortable. The house is very well stocked with amenities, including everything you would need in the kitchen, loads of towels, bath and shower gels and the aircon and wifi are strong. Location is great, very close to the main highways so you can be anywhere in Istria, Rijeka, Opatija, Pula and Rovinj within 50 minutes. Kristina and Bob were excellent hosts, very communicative and fast to respond. A strong recommendation.
