Vacation rentals with a patio in Plaža Crikvenica

The flat is quite new, all as described, convenient parking. The view from the balcony is just great! The only thing to mention that location is good if you travel by car. All shops are reachable by car only. Small beach Volosko like 20 minutes walk down the hill and same 20 minutes back upstairs almost impossible with children... But by car you can reach many other beaches within 20 minutes or so. We used Medveja beach, which has parking, some activities and beach bar. We had a great stay at all!

We felt super comfortable in apartment Lori. Clean and modern equipped with very nice view of the old town. The apartment was quiet and still in a top location. In 5 minutes you can walk to the center of Rab with plenty of restaurants, bars and small shops. We will be happy to come back! ☺️

The place was great and everything was available as it is described. Check-in was easy and straightforward. The location is pretty good. Right next door is a Lidl, which is very accommodating to us. To the beach it is 20 minutes away by foot. The town of Rijeka can be reached in 10 minutes by taxi. However, Rijeka is not the liveliest city and unfortunately there is no beach promenade

We spent a week in Krk and had the luck to stay in Blankas house, 5 minutes walk from the seaside. We experienced Blanka as a welcoming and lovely host, the flat was super clean and had everything we needed. We went with a child and that also worked out well in that space. I admire how Blanka was around and available whenever we needed her but at the same time created a calm and private space. She was also super sweet with our daughter. Will definitely stay there again if possible. High recommendation!

As a family, Ivan's location was great. The location of the apartment is ideally located, so all our excursions were accessible by car in a manageable time. The well-kept garden and pool invited you to linger. Ivan is a very enjoyable host who can give you lots of tips for activities, beaches and restaurants. We were very comfortable with him and are considering coming back next year.

One of my best experience in my travels! The apartment was comfortable and clean. Flexible checkin, very comfortable beds and bedding, spotless clean apartment, friendly host! The apartment was near to everyting that we need: sporthall: 5 minute, supermarket half minute, sea and beaches 2-4 minutes, downtown on a beautiful walk on lungomare is 15 minutes. There were four of us as a family at the resort for 12 nights. We immediately felt very comfortable there. Ivo, John and Yvonne Claire are great, attentive, friendly and always helpful hosts - even unforeseen technical problems were solved immediately. The apartment with terrace was well equipped and clean. And also sufficient for four. The complex with pool is great. The resort is very quiet. So if you're looking for action, you have to drive. But Krk and Malinska are within 20 minutes. The sea is within walking distance of the resort. But especially the steep way back requires good fitness. Luckily, the resort's refreshing pool awaits at its end. Those who do not shy away from the way down will be rewarded with great secluded coves. The nearby beaches in Glavotok (monastery and campsite) are worthwhile. Would we come back? Definitely.

Quiet, too late to rest. Caring people who love to cook and share food with others. Lots of kitty in the neighborhood. Mario allowed us to bring our kitties too, we had no problems. A bit of a walk to the Selce waterfront, and a little further to Crikvenica. Driving on the highway beautiful. All in all, we are coming again! ☺️

The house is wonderfully equipped and quiet location. The pool and outdoor kitchen are great. Sara took care of everything quickly. We were there before check-in time and drinks were quickly ready for us. The weather wasn't quite as good. The house can be heated with pellets. There is a dehumidifier on the basement. All in all, a very successful stay.

Ivana and her husband leave nothing to be desired in the accommodation. The house is so incredibly well equipped that you feel right at home. Ivana takes care of her guests from the time of booking to saying goodbye. My questions were answered very well and in detail within a few minutes. Ivana has valuable tips on food and things to do. She and her husband are very warm and hospitable. To say goodbye, they arrive and gift their guests. We were very happy to be in the house and felt very comfortable .

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great holiday :-)

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

The place is very nicely decorated, clean, sophisticated, and spacious. The view is beautiful, Cvetomir is extremely nice and 3 minutes walk from the beach. I will definitely be back! :)

A lovely room with everything you need, within walking distance of the center of Rijeka and air conditioning to cool off. The hosts guided us very well, we were able to put our suitcases in the building ourselves before check-in and we were able to enter the apartment earlier. Perfect for the two of you to discover the city.

Mira was fantastic. The apartment was thoroughly furnished and even had homemade dessert, water and fruit for me. Mira left tons of maps and literature. I stayed for a week, absolutely loved it. Quiet, with a wonderful garden overlooking the gulf. Quick walk from old town. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Ana was incredibly responsive and welcoming, especially since we booked her apartment at the last minute. The location couldn’t have been better, with a variety of restaurants nearby, a scenic walkway by the water, and stunning views from the terrace! The apartment itself was fantastic—fully stocked with all the essentials and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!
