Apartment vacation rentals in Playa Zipolite

Liza's place was the perfect location for our vacation in Zipolite! She was responsive and very helpful with everything we needed. The whole area has limited infrastructure, so Liza's place was similar to other places we stayed in. The location was walkable to everything we wanted to do. Liza was a great host and one of the most friendly we ever had. She wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! Great value for the money!

We arrived last minute on the weekend in Zipolite and luckily found Paola’s place. It was the perfect tiny home for our stay. Close to the beach, but also the right distance to have some peaceful moments away from the music and parties.

The flat was super nice as the photos showed. It was also super close to the beach and amazing restaurant with view on the see! Reyna and her husband are so welcoming and helpful! They went above and behind! 100% recommande, you will love it!

We only had 3 nights here, before moving on to Mazunte, but we wish we had more. The apartment was the perfect spot to make home base. It was private and quiet and a view of the ocean to boot. The apartment had everything we needed and the open concept was great. Just a two minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants and groceries. We especially loved the wildlife we saw from the apartment including geckos, iguanas, and chachalacas. Paolo also gave us tons of great recommendations for food, drinks, beaches, and activities! Highly recommend to anyone travelling to San Agustanillo or Mazunte!

The space is beautiful, comfortable, and well thought out, with everything you need to truly relax and unwind. And if you’re a fan of the real sounds of nature (yes, that means chickens!), you’ll feel right at home. Alex is an absolute gem of a host—super helpful, responsive, and clearly passionate about making guests feel welcome. Whether you need recommendations or just a friendly chat, she’s got you covered. I only wish I had stayed longer, but that just means I have to come back. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Our stay was great, very comfortable bed and large space. View was great, large balcony area was beautiful. Can be a bit noisy some nights but was manageable. Maybe bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise it was a perfect stay. Thank you!!

Amazing location, looking directly onto the sea. Andrea was really helpful with any questions I.e finding a colectivo etc

The place is very nice and very easy to locate, communication with the host was excellent. The only thing I don't 100% like was that in the check out instructions you have to pick up all the garbage from the place when you're supposed to pay for the cleaning fee.

Nice space. The best location in town. Right in the thick of it, yet still private. Steps from the beach. The space is larger than it appears in the photos. The host was always available and very attentive, and he went above and beyond expectations. We rebooked this space several times.

I had a great stay at Effren's place, it was very peaceful with a balcony right onto the beach so I could watch the sunrise and then swim. I slept to the sounds of the waves.. and woke to the fishermen bringing in their boats.. magic.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with an unbelievable view of the ocean and surrounding mountains. Yael and Marianto were perfect hosts. I would definitely love to go back.

The place is very nice, the view of the bay is beautiful, the beach is beautiful. The location of the house is a little difficult to access but it is understood that it is an untouristy area. I thought the price was good with the date of the high season and facilities. It has a bathroom and kitchen in good condition as well as fast WiFi. Good place to stay if you're looking for a resting area.

A nice place to stay if you want to be between Zipolite & Mazunte. Unfortunately there is no hot water. The hosts were so kind, we felt very looked after. They also had the sweetest dogs!
