Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing. The design is beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully curated. Hilda was incredibly helpful and always available if we needed anything. Her recommendations for restaurants and activities were spot on, making our experience even better. The water filtration system was a huge plus, and the pool was stunning — perfect for relaxing after exploring. The fans were so powerful that we didn’t even need to use the AC. The neighbor, Gerardo, was also very kind and helpful, adding to the warm and welcoming vibe. We loved that the location was peaceful and just outside the busy part of town, but still close enough for a quick and fun golf cart ride into Sayulita. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing stay. We can’t wait to return!

Villa Kuali was a perfect place for a vacation with friends. Its many bedrooms and beds made it very comfortable and flexible for a large group. The pool and palapa were great spaces to hang out together as a full group. We enjoyed being a bit off of the main road, but still being extremely walkable to all that San Pancho had to offer. The hosts were extremely kind and communicative, responding quickly to all of our inquiries. I would recommend this airbnb to any large group looking to enjoy San Pancho together!

4 Bedroom - Spectacular Villa with Amazing Views

We booked this home for a week as our family was in town for a family wedding. We brought our young two children (1&4) and they as we all had a wonderful experience staying at this home. It was beautiful, Kerry was super communicative and had many amazing recommendations before we even arrived and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We absolutely loved that the property manager lived on site and was always available if we had questions or needed help with something. Antonieta is incredible and from the very first welcome she was warm and genuine. She was kind enough to set up all the pool and beach toys and umbrellas for us for when we needed them. We loved the privacy that this home offered. We were a 5 minute walk from el centro and beaches. It was quiet at night and just very private which we loved. Since this home is on a hill you get the best views of the town, watches and sunsets! Some of our other family stayed in the centro and they complained of all the noise.

Casa Lola is an exceptional space! The location is just far enough away from town to be private and quiet. The layout of the house is perfect and everything is so well thought out. The kitchen is incredible and they provide everything you need to make meals. Bluetooth speakers were such a bonus! The pool was clean and perfect temperature. The details and suggestions provided in the book provided were beyond helpful. I will stay there every time I visit San Pancho!

We stayed at the Haramara Gardens for 5 days. This was our first trip in Mexico! We had such a great stay, we are already talking about coming back again next year! The property and space was so tranquil, private and safe with the gated entry. The attention to cleanliness from the staff did not go unnoticed - all staff were very friendly and approachable. The walk into town was the perfect distance for us, about 10 minutes with no hills although I'd reccomend wearing running shoes or comfortable walking shoes around town. Sofia's guide book and communication came in handy when we wanted to check out some local eats. Would highly recommend. 5 stars.

Our host was most attentive and quick to resolve any issues. We loved the outdoor living space with private heated pool. Cleaning staff very trustworthy and friendly. Pool cleaned regularly. Close to small town grocery (water) laundry, tacos, bike repair, beer, butcher & pastry shops. Would stay again 😀

Our total stay was 5 nights. House was very spacious and clean. Great view, amenities were a great addition and made our stay even better. Great communication, Damian was very friendly and helpful, greeted us with a smile and was accommodating when we informed him we may arrive late due to issues with our flight. The house itself is located on a hill, if you plan on walking to and from the local areas wear comfy shoes. Location is GREAT, very close to markets, restaurants etc. highly suggest the taco stand owned by a younger couple located across the street from Pollo Feliz down the hill. BEST TACOS EVER. All in all we had a great time and stay, felt cozy and homely. Would def recommend 10 out of 10!

Maria is a great host. We stayed for two months and she was very responsive and helpful. The house is surrounded by beautiful vegetation with lots of amazing birds and views of the Sierra Madre and ocean. So wonderful to hear the ocean, watch the whales and enjoy the amazing palapa deck. It’s situated up a hill but only a 10 minute walk to town. We walked the entire 2 months and had no problems taking taxis to nearby towns. The town is safe and has great food, friendly people and a beautiful beach. We can’t wait to visit San Pancho again and will definitely stay here.
