Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Playa Langosta

Our 4th trip to Tamarindo - best by far. Gorgeous setting, lush foliage around the pool, wall of windows looking out on the beach and Pacific. no more than a 10 minute walk to town and vegan food: Falafel Bar, Green Papaya, WokAndRoll, Nougi's, Sat/Wed market. The grounds were well-kept, they use a rake to remove leaves, not leaf-blower. Pool area is lush and serene. Beach and ocean are clean and swimmable, plenty of shade over bench right in front of the property. Lykans Surf School right there - Andre was great. No better location to try surfing, gentle waves, standing depth. Be prepared to haul your luggage up/down outside spiral staircase to the studio. Ceiling fans are really quiet, AC off / windows open to hear the surf all night. And howlers strolled through several times, right at eye-level from the deck. Beach walk every morning and evening - beautiful sunrises/sunsets in clouds over the harbor. Can walk to town on the beach or road. Don't need a car. Fabulous place!!

My husband and I had wonderful days and drove with at least one crying eye. The place is beautiful and the view is fantastic! David and Louis were wonderful hosts who had great tips for the area. We loved talking to them - wonderful people we got to meet! During our next Costa Rica stay, we are definitely planning a stop here again! Thanks for everything! ❤️

We stayed here for almost 2 months with a family of 5. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient, directly beside a supermarket, and walking distance to restaurants and other amenities. it's an easy 10 minute drive to Tamarindo beach. Iris the property manager took great care of us, always responding diligently to all of our concerns. All together a very good stay for us.

Ideal location, right in the heart of everything in Tamarindo, you call it restaurants, beach, supermarket, coffee shops, gym… The apartment if extremely well kept, surroundings are beautiful. Alexander and Gabriela are very friendly and helpful. Very fast internet for digital nomads. I recommend it to the Airbnb community 100 %

The pool is absolutely incredible – the best we’ve ever experienced. It’s as delightful to swim in as it is to relax beside, watching our children enjoy themselves. The environment is very calm and feels incredibly safe. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-designed, with high-quality beds that ensure a great night’s sleep. Everything was perfect! Thank you so much for an amazing end-of-year stay. We will definitely look out for this property again and recommend it highly!

We spent 10 days at this home. Everything was fantastic and it was very beautiful. Everyone we worked with was so pleasant and kind. The second we needed something or asked a question, everyone was on it! The area is extremely safe for those that are unfamiliar. Thanks again!

An excellent option to spend it with friends good amenities and close to beaches, the street that takes you to the house is in poor condition so you have to be full of patience and most likely by the time we were visited by giant grasshoppers known as lobsters

This place was beautiful. Very private and clean. We had everything we needed to cook,‘do laundry and space in the apartment. The restaurant was super affordable and provided breathtaking views!! Everything’s a close drive away and they’ll help you find all and coordinate all activities you’re interested in. Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Casa Colonial in July. The place more than lived up to the picture and reviews. The outdoor common spaces with the pool was a hit every day. Our kids lived in the pool. We enjoyed watching the howler monkeys in the tree next door and the house geckos on the walls every night. It’s definitely outdoor living and can be pretty hot in the common areas but the bedrooms are very cool and the AC works great. Showers work well and beds are comfortable. We were there 3 weeks and cooked a bunch. We loved playa langosta beach sunsets and being a little further out from the touristy tamarindo. It was an easy 10-20 min walk (which can be hot). Best surfing for beginners was 15 to 20 minute walk- or an easy Uber in the rain. So it was nice to rent a golf cart for part of the time. There are great restaurants, close in playa langosta and fun sports bar with pool ping-pong and more just down the block. Very responsive host! Highly recommend.

Good location very close to the beach. Only real downside was the closeness of neighbors with many dogs that barked throughout the night.

We had a great week and loved the proximity to the beach and local restaurants. We took advantage of the bbq and backyard space to cook a few meals throughout the week. We found the kitchen well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. The outdoor space, including the pool, was very nice. The pool is more of a splasher but was an enjoyable reprieve from the heat! Overall we really enjoyed our stay at La Casa Roja and would highly recommend!

We had such a great stay. The home was just as beautiful as the pictures. We played in the pool while parrots flew overhead. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. She shower was amazing. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We had a great stay at Holly's place in Potrero. The location was very central -- we had plans to visit Playa del Coco as well as Playa Grande, and Potrero was a great middle ground. Great spots to visit in Potrero very close by to the apartment itself (restaurants, beach access, etc.). And there is a grocery store for your essentials very close by as well. The apartment itself was just what we needed with a small kitchen area, two bathrooms, and comfortable bed (there is a second bedroom but we didn't use that one). Loved the outdoor patio which was where we ate breakfast in the mornings and enjoyed a glass of wine in the evenings.

First and foremost Chris was extremely responsive and provided excellent restaurant and things to do recommendations (even before arriving)! The condo location is awesome. Location, location, location…in a private, gated development with spectacular ocean view and amenities abound with access to the private beach club facilities. Playa Conchal Beach was hands down the best beach we visited while in CR. The two high end hotels within the development offer great choices for dining, our favorite on-site was the Latitud 10 Norte at the W hotel. Wi-Fi was fast, all the appliances (washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher etc) you need. Chris clearly cares about providing a great experience for his renters. Our family had a great time while visiting and we HIGHLY recommend Chris and his condo for his responsiveness, amenities, condo location and all around best in class support and value!

We loved to stay at this Condo. You have a beautiful OCEAN VIEW with a spectacular sunset. You can have a nice lunch/dinner on the spacious balcony. The pool at the Pacifico is just amazing. Very clean water... several pools that never feels crowded. The condo is in a luxury gated community. We already booked our next stay in February. The host responded very quickly to any of the question we had. You cannot be wrong if you decide to stay here.

We stayed a month in December. The apartment is very well equipped, a dream view of Playa Flamingo. The air conditioning is very quiet and the apartment is a pleasant size. The host, David is very kind and helpful. It was a very nice stay we felt at home. Price-performance ratio is great!

Felt right at home! Very cozy and clean, had all amenities and was a very quick walk to the beach! We loved sitting out on the patio in the evening. The host was super responsive and friendly with a few questions we had - and clear instructions for arrival and check out!

Excellent accommodation, quiet safe place, beautiful close to the best beaches in Costa Rica. You have to take into account parking is only available for one vehicle

My wife and I spent 4 full days at Gayle’s. It was our first time in Las Catalinas. Gayle anticipated all of our questions before we arrived. Her concierge arranged airport transfers for less money than we expected. He showed us around the town / resort which was very helpful. The condo was PERFECT for the two of us. Well stocked modern kitchen, roomy balcony, comfortable bed. Easy access in elevator building. Short walk to everything. Las Catalinas is unique, safe and serene. Highly recommend.
