Vacation rentals with a pool in Playa Hermosa

This place is amazing. The design, the layout, all of it. Cool place to stay. Location is clearly amazing, beachfront, easy access to the beach, lots to eat and do around here. I hate writing anything negative, and this one is out of the properties control, the end of this street was incredibly loud all night and into the morning, 3:30 in the morning one night. Groups gather right outside the property on the street and play music louder than I thought was possible. The security guard, Javier, does try to control it, but the local police are not responsive so I want to be clear it is not the fault of the property. Out of 7 nights it was quiet on like two of them. Pray for heavy rain and these mongrels may go away. Javier, the security guard, is a true gem and literally one of the bright spots of the stay. He’s on guard all night, makes parking much easier, and cleans around the place where partiers leave trash. Get that man a raise, and anyone who stays, should tip this guy!

This place was awesome! I totally recommend to anyone who wants to explore Jaco and enjoy the many excursions surrounding it. The condo was super nice, modern, secure, had great A/C, and was super walkable to everything in Jaco (<15 min). Alex, the host, was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever experienced and responded to any message so fast. We were always provided everything we needed and the amount of info about Jaco you get with booking is worth the price alone. Couldn’t have been better!!

Absolutely loved staying in Karen and Chiri’s beautiful home. Karen met us at check in and was very friendly and welcoming. She was kind enough to bring us homemade banana bread and delicious local blue bananas. The house was very private, tastefully decorated and felt quite safe. The backyard pool and view from the bedroom balcony were our favorite parts. The kitchen was well stocked and had all necessary amenities, bed was comfy. The house was within walking distance of the beach and several stores and restaurants. Highly recommend dining at Los Almendros, Karen and Chiri’s restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

DON't go to this place… because frankly, I would like him to stay free just for me next time! This Airbnb in Jacó is a real gem. The location is perfect: just 15 minutes walk from the center and the beach, in a super quiet and secure area. And for the lazy ones (like me some days), there are even two bikes available for free — a real luxury! The house is impeccable: ultra clean, it smells good as soon as you walk through the door, and everything is perfectly equipped, nothing missing. The private pool is just an absolute delight to cool off after a day in the Costa Rican sun. The bed? A marvel. I've never slept better on trips. And what about hosts… incredibly available and thoughtful. They respond instantly and are attentive while remaining discreet. It's rare to find such welcoming and professional people. We loved staying in this place! It was perfect for the whole family. We spent our days between the beach and the pool and it was perfect. Nothing better than having the beach right in front of the house. Also they had cleaning services every day included in the price which was amazing, we didn’t have to be cleaning the sand of the floors and we had new towels every day. We completely loved our stay totally recommend!

Great stay! Two blocks from downtown, walkable. We rented bikes from a neighbor. Pool was perfect. Safe neighborhood. We're already planning another stay👍🏽

We had an incredible stay here! The house is spacious and a short 10min walk from the beach, with lots to do in the surrounding area. The hosts were proactive, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Highly recommend!

Mihai is an excellent host, attentive, proactive, and super well-conditioned accommodation in a nice, quiet and safe condominium. Good family atmosphere. Super recommended!

Fantastic location, we felt safe with 24 hour security in a gated community. The grounds and pools we kept in pristine condition, the gardener was amazing, such a hard worker. The condo had everything we needed for a long stay, 5 weeks, our base for exploring Costa Rica. There were a couple of issues which were resolved in record time. Ernesto was so kind and very quick to respond to any minor issue. Easy walk to the centre of Jaco and the beautiful beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
