Vacation rentals with a pool in Playa Hermosa

This place is amazing. The design, the layout, all of it. Cool place to stay. Location is clearly amazing, beachfront, easy access to the beach, lots to eat and do around here. I hate writing anything negative, and this one is out of the properties control, the end of this street was incredibly loud all night and into the morning, 3:30 in the morning one night. Groups gather right outside the property on the street and play music louder than I thought was possible. The security guard, Javier, does try to control it, but the local police are not responsive so I want to be clear it is not the fault of the property. Out of 7 nights it was quiet on like two of them. Pray for heavy rain and these mongrels may go away. Javier, the security guard, is a true gem and literally one of the bright spots of the stay. He’s on guard all night, makes parking much easier, and cleans around the place where partiers leave trash. Get that man a raise, and anyone who stays, should tip this guy!

This place was awesome! I totally recommend to anyone who wants to explore Jaco and enjoy the many excursions surrounding it. The condo was super nice, modern, secure, had great A/C, and was super walkable to everything in Jaco (<15 min). Alex, the host, was the best Airbnb host I’ve ever experienced and responded to any message so fast. We were always provided everything we needed and the amount of info about Jaco you get with booking is worth the price alone. Couldn’t have been better!!

Grand maison très bien situé près de tout épicerie et dépanneur a proximité ,situe aux centre de la rue principale juste assez éloignée pour être tranquille,la plage est accessible asser rapidement piscine superbe (rien a dire de mal endroit parfait)

Excelente, el lugar es muy hermoso, tiene una vista muy hermosa, la calle en perfecto estado, muy cerca de la playa en carro, caminado se hace un poco pesado por el calor pero muy bien. La piscina es apenas para refrescarse y relajarse tiene todo lo necesario.

N’allez SURTOUT pas dans cet endroit… parce que franchement, j’aimerais qu’il reste libre rien que pour moi la prochaine fois ! Cet Airbnb à Jacó est une véritable pépite. La localisation est parfaite : à seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre et de la plage, dans un quartier super calme et sécurisé. Et pour les flemmards (comme moi certains jours), il y a même deux vélos mis à disposition gratuitement — un vrai luxe ! La maison est impeccable : ultra propre, ça sent bon dès qu’on passe la porte, et tout est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque rien. La piscine privée est juste un bonheur absolu pour se rafraîchir après une journée sous le soleil costaricien. Le lit ? Une merveille. Je n’ai jamais aussi bien dormi en voyage. Et que dire des hôtes… incroyablement disponibles et attentionnés. Ils répondent instantanément et sont aux petits soins tout en restant discrets. We loved staying in this place! It was perfect for the whole family. We spent our days between the beach and the pool and it was perfect. Nothing better than having the beach right in front of the house. Also they had cleaning services every day included in the price which was amazing, we didn’t have to be cleaning the sand of the floors and we had new towels every day. We completely loved our stay totally recommend!

We had an incredible stay here! The house is spacious and a short 10min walk from the beach, with lots to do in the surrounding area. The hosts were proactive, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location, we felt safe with 24 hour security in a gated community. The grounds and pools we kept in pristine condition, the gardener was amazing, such a hard worker. The condo had everything we needed for a long stay, 5 weeks, our base for exploring Costa Rica. There were a couple of issues which were resolved in record time. Ernesto was so kind and very quick to respond to any minor issue. Easy walk to the centre of Jaco and the beautiful beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
