Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Playa Hermosa

We loved the place to visit as a family. It is very safe, has a private pool, sports courts in the residential complex and is close to the beach. We recommend it and would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay though very brief as we just needed a stopover place to spend the night on our drive. The host could not have been more responsive and the Airbnb was very comfortable and clean. We wish that we had been able to stay longer! Highly recommend!!

To be honest everything about this place was better than we expected it to be. The house was bigger and the beach was more beautiful. It really is a fantastic place to stay and it is run by the people who really care. We would be very happy to go back there again.

Perfectly situated for our needs, less than an hour away from the airport. Don Victor and Dona Maria who live on site downstairs were really helpful on arrival, they were on hand if we needed anything but at the same time hardly noticed they were there! We saw the parrots in the almond tree too, which was amazing!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. It had everything we needed (rooms for our kids, A/C, laundry, and plenty of space). The pool was perfect for moments we were home. The home is perfectly situated near Jaco beach (which our family frequented), and could be at playa Hermosa in a seconds. We loved our stay!

Cindy was very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is as shown in the photos and is pet friendly, a benefit for those of us who always travel with our pets. The condominium is very safe and quiet.

The house is very well equipped, Andres is always attentive to any inquiries before and during the stay. The place is quiet and private. What he finishes giving him the 5 stars is definitely that they are per friendly :)

The house is very nice and comes with everything you need to have a great time. Close to the Automercado and very safe. Peggy was always very attentive to our arrival and anything we needed. Fijo is a place we'll return to.

Great stay! Two blocks from downtown, walkable. We rented bikes from a neighbor. Pool was perfect. Safe neighborhood. We're already planning another stay👍🏽

This place was amazing! We loved the pool. And the AC in the cabana was perfect. Mario, the on site manager, was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. Our favorite part was taking the bikes down to the near by beach.

David was a great host and responsive! We stayed here for a local wedding and it was the perfect space for the 4 of us and felt right at home. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

The place is very private. Pictures are accurate. Location is a bit to far to comfortably walk, but Uber is great just about $2 to go almost any where. I was concerned about the limit of the electric, We set up each bedroom at night to 30C and at night all were et between 20 and 22C. When we checked out we had used just a little over (about $10) the allowed amount but I was not charged. We had 12 people there and was not crowded. Some minor maintenance is needed but nothing that interfered with our or our enjoyment. The property manager was super!! Patricia was there to show us around and how to use everything. We contacted her several times and got a very quick response. She was there when we checked out to make sur all was good and there were no problems. I would, and plan to go next year.

Stayed 2 months and 10 days at the wooden cabin, and I was genuinely saddened to leave. It was actually hard for me to leave this place. Abel is literally a problem solver. He jumps right in when problems arise to come up with solutions. Enjoy his sense of humor in Spanish, if you can. Spent Xmas dinner with this man and the kindest volunteer at the farm, and I wouldn't trade my end-of-year plans with anyone for anything. It was all perfect as it was. There's a beautiful community living there. Treat yourself to seclusion with a nice, clean, private swimming pool by a short walk to a waterfall and the river. Living here is a gift. We had a great stay at David’s and would definitely recommend if you are in the area. He and his wife are so friendly and welcoming and are always available, if needed, but otherwise gave us full privacy. The space is so pretty and comfortable. We loved the pool and hanging out on the patios. The beds are so comfortable. Our hosts provided great recommendations for places to eat in the area and the location is a quick drive to everything. Great for two couples or families.

Felt extremely safe. Quiet area but only minutes from the hustle and bustle… what an amazing space, better than pictures, no issues whatsoever. Will definitely be back.

This place is a jewel in the middle of the rainforest and very close to the resort and then ocean. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kids had a blast in the pool.
