Monthly Rentals in Playa de la Duquesa

We were staying 9 days in the apartment, very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need, it is very tastefully decorated, everything works perfectly. The terrace is wonderful. It's very cozy. The pool is great, surrounded by grass and even sunbeds for users. To the beach, a 10-15 minute walk. 10 min drive to Torreguadiaro and about the same to the Duchess.

The location is great, literally a few steps from the beach. Very quiet area. The apartment was well equipped and we had everything we needed. David left us milk, bread, jam, tea and coffee ready- we appreciated it very much as arrived tired and hungry just before midnight. The only issue we had was with locating the house as the address reads Paseo Paraiso 253 but in fact, it is 283! If you read all the check-in instructions and how to get inside, you find all the details incl. correct house number, map of the neighborhood, etc. but we only followed the main address and struggled a lot before we realised the mistake.

Had a great stay in this studio appartment. Very handy for beautiful walks along the coast. We dont drive so having everything close to hand was very important.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was walking distance to the port as well as other bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The pool area was lovely and the pool itself was very well maintained. Greg was very helpful and was easy to contact and communicate with.
