We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property, and it exceeded all our expectations! The private pool, peaceful garden with orange trees, and the cozy barbecue area made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. As an avid bird photographer, the nearby Pego-Oliva nature reserve was a dream come true. The stunning landscapes and diverse birdlife provided endless opportunities to capture beautiful moments. This location is truly a paradise for nature enthusiasts and photographers alike! A special shoutout to Nando, who was an exceptional host! He provided a warm welcome and gave us a thorough introduction to both the property and the local area. His guidance made settling in seamless and enjoyable. The property perfectly matched its description, and we felt completely at home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already started planning our next trip back to this wonderful haven. Olga's place was the perfect place to wrap up our holiday in Spain. We wanted a place where we can relax with our 7months old baby and this is exactly what we got! The townhouse is spacious and nicely decorated, with a small but pretty garden. It is very close to the beach (walkable) and the resort itself is nice and quiet (we were there at the end of season in Oct). Loved the jacuzzi - it was great for our baby to splash around (unfortunately he was not so keen on the sea) but also for us parents to unwind at the end of the day. Communication with Olga and Tania was seamless.

Fantastic and spotless home. Beautiful outdoor area with amazing views and fresquito. The jacuzzi and pool were very limoios and a joy to be able to enjoy them. Luke is very kind and attentive, while very discreet. Thank you very much, to repeat.

Lovely apartment in the old part of Alicante right by some lively squares. Maribel was really helpful and kind. Apartment was just what we needed. Recommend!

We had a very nice stay in Altea Hills. The place was great and the jacuzzi was very nice. The view of the sea and the mountains is incredibly beautiful! Contact with Eric was very smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

100% recommended! Our stay at the cottage was simply perfect. Ana and her husband are exceptional hosts: friendly, attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. The house is impressive, spacious and very charming. We were a group of 13 friends and had plenty of space. Despite it being winter, the temperature inside was very pleasant at all times. One of the greatest pleasures was enjoying its two fireplaces in the huge living room, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. In addition, the environment is wonderful: in the middle of nature, surrounded by an immense pine forest ideal for hiking trails. If you're traveling with any children or pets, this place is perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything! :)

This was one of the most beautiful properties i've stayed in. We felt at home straight away. Everything felt perfect and comfortable. The rooms were all great size with amazing Italian decor. The furniture is amazing and high quality. Each room has its own balcony with the most amazing view of the Mediterranean sea. Each balcony is a big enough for you to enjoy. Hearing the sound of the ocean morning and night was such a unique experience. Everything is so well thought out in the property, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom has all the amenities you need. There is a lift in the property which is so handy. The garage is great with everything from beach chairs and towels for you to go down to the beach or to the swimming pool. The best thing about this property was the Host Pepa and her family. They were always helpful and nothing was too much for them. They made us feel like family. We can not wait to go back. If you get the opportunity to stay here please do.

The apartment is in a very convenient location - within walking distance of shops , restaurants, cafes and of course , the beach is the most important thing and it is chic . The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities - bed linen , plenty of towels, spare pillows , blankets , blankets. There are plenty of dishes for cooking. Microwave and washing machine . The apartment is very warm , sunny. Everything is just perfect . The hostess is a very responsive person , at the first request all the wishes were fulfilled ! We were very satisfied , we stayed in the apartment for 5 months !!!

Absolutely stunning home in an old charming house that has been carefully renovated with lots of personal touches. The location is absolutely perfect with a short walk from the bus station where you can get by bus from Alicante airport (Alsa bus). You live more or less on the pedestrian street towards the city center so there are plenty of sights and other things to discover around the corner. Denia is a very nice old town with interesting history through millennia. There is a lot to learn about this at the Museum in the old castle. The accommodation suited us very well and we took advantage of the kitchen for cooking on several occasions. The kitchen was well equipped and with many grocery stores around the corner it was easy to get food on the table. I didn't experience any drawbacks with the place and aim to come back more times! It can't be better!

What an amazing place! We absolutely loved the villa - it was beautifully furnished, everything was clean and well looked after, and the pool and outside area was absolutely gorgeous. The location is ideal - peaceful and quiet but just a 5 -10 walk to beach / restaurants / shopping. Maria is an especially warm and welcoming host too! We’re already planning on coming back!

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

A great place in a peaceful residence with a splendid pool equipped with a bar. It is close to a beautiful beach, and the center of Dénia, with its many restaurants and charm to discover, is easily accessible by car. We had a wonderful week in a cozy house with a large walled garden with flowering plants and a lovely swimming pool. Excellent base for Alicante center, beaches and surrounding towns. Martina is a wonderful hostess ! If you are looking for a very good restaurant in the area: go to Zinc in Mutxamel.

The villa was beautiful with spacious grounds- there are many different seating areas to suit your mood. Rob was an incredibly attentive host ensuring everything was just right for us. The rooms was lovely and everything you could need.

Because the house is high on the mountain, you have a huge peace during the day. Almost no noises from neighbors. Also due to the height you have a fantastic view over Dénia and the sea. Because it is a traditionally built house, you really feel like you are in Spain. In 5 minutes by car you are downstairs in the town where you will find a lot of restaurants and shops. ‘Walking along the beach in the evening was a very nice end to the day for us every night.
