We had a great weekend, the house is in a great enclave and has everything you need. There are very good restaurants and beaches in the area. We will definitely be back here!!

location was fantastic. apartment was a perfect lay out as was over 2 floors and we were 2 families. nothing better than a cup of coffee and a biscuit looking over the beach in the morning. will definitely be back. Zhanna was the perfect host .could not ask for more.

David's place is a real gem. Stunning view from both house and the incredible terrace. It's perfect with young kids. great beaches to explore alond the beautiful pathway that runs at the bottom of the garden. Super peaceful calm place felt very at home.

Great week away with the family, the property had everything and more for our 18 month old son including high chair, cot and some toys. Petar was fantastic and even went out to pick us up some essentials for our first night as our flight landed fairly late. Would stay again without a doubt.

Fernando was super nice and thoughtful, the house super clean and with an incredible intimacy, it is very well located since it is close to the beach and restaurants, it is a house in the countryside and perfect to have intimacy and go with your partner, it also has an area for children and animals. I recommend it to everyone and surely come back with my partner because we loved it.

Great place to disconnect. Much like glamping with the bathroom and kitchen being separate from the bedroom cabin. North facing with beautiful views. Worth noting that it’s very chilly in winter time so be prepared, bring jumpers! Lots of great hikes and things to do nearby, excellent host who gave tons of recommendations and was super helpful and informative. Lovely place to stay with our dog and unwind off the grid. Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

It is close to a beautiful beach, and the center of Dénia, with its many restaurants and charm to discover, is easily accessible by car. We had a wonderful week in a cozy house with a large walled garden with flowering plants and a lovely swimming pool. Excellent base for Alicante center, beaches and surrounding towns. Martina is a wonderful hostess ! If you are looking for a very good restaurant in the area: go to Zinc in Mutxamel.

Maria was an exceptional host - from meeting us and check in and staying in touch with suggestions about where to go and where to eat. The house is as shown in the pictures but even better ! For families with young children this is the best place - a secure pool, play area and trampoline for the kids where parents can keep a watchful eye! A car is recommended if you want to explore - but there are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. We would not hesitate to recommend this house - thank you Maria for a wonderful stay.

We got a very friendly welcome when we arrived. The garden with the pool was huge, comfortable and in a great shape. When we entered the house we were overwhelmed from the big living room and the beautiful kitchen. The beds were comfortable. All the beds have covers and at night we had great rests. In the evening we enjoyed the terrace with the beautiful view to the mountain. The supermarkets are close to the house and few minutes further you enter the city with pubs, bars and restaurants. The two beaches from Calpe are close, too and beautiful to relax. We are very thankful for this great stay and the wonderful vacation.

Because the house is high on the mountain, you have a huge peace during the day. Almost no noises from neighbors. Also due to the height you have a fantastic view over Dénia and the sea. Because it is a traditionally built house, you really feel like you are in Spain. In 5 minutes by car you are downstairs in the town where you will find a lot of restaurants and shops. ‘Walking along the beach in the evening was a very nice end to the day for us every night.

Patricia, she kept us informed from the time of hiring of the house and close to the date it was she who was in touch with us to continue with the instructions. The perfect house, clean and with the right furniture, incredible views, quiet, comfortable beds, and close to all points of interest.
