Family-friendly vacation rentals in Valencian Community

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at Delia's house in Cabo Roig last week. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and how well-equipped the house was. It really felt like a home away from home. The location was absolutely fantastic. We loved being within easy walking distance of the beach and the vibrant Cabo Roig strip with its many shops and restaurants. It made exploring the area with our children so convenient. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family. Delia was a fantastic host. Communication was always prompt and helpful, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. We would wholeheartedly recommend Delia's house to any family looking for a fantastic holiday in Cabo Roig. The combination of a comfortable and well-located property with a welcoming host made for a truly memorable trip. We hope to return in the future!

The house is really amazing! We had a great end! Of course, as a recommendation, you should bring mosquito repellent in the summer! We'll be back!!

Silvia's place was top class, everything was perfect and exactly as described. The terrace was even bigger than it appeared in the photos. It's a great place to relax and unwind. From start to finish, we had a great week away. the pool was amazing, as it was heated, so completely useable for our whole stay. the villa itself was a great place to stay. overall, a great place, and a great host. thanks Jesus for being so responsive to requests and messages whilst we were there.

Excellent home in a peaceful area close to the mountains and beach. The house is marvellous, with the pool, barbeque and garden. We ate the best home grown oranges, straight from the tree! This place is a gem, we will come back!

In short: the cabin, Alvaro's service, the views, the silence and Llop have been really incredible, a different experience, the huge jacuzzi, a tree on the back terrace with red leaves that I fell in love with, very close to Gandia town, everything really good. If we have the chance, we'll definitely be back!!

Fantastic and spotless home. Beautiful outdoor area with amazing views and fresquito. The jacuzzi and pool were very limoios and a joy to be able to enjoy them. Luke is very kind and attentive, while very discreet. Thank you very much, to repeat.

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! Amazing host, kind and helpful on a whole other level!

The accommodation is well equipped. The terrace is lovely. Only small inconvenience for a solo traveler, TV does not give access to channels in French. For the location, you can walk to the center in 30 minutes. The city is flat, it's nice. In addition, there are small shops nearby.

Great place to stay with very welcoming host. Swimming pool etc and the indoor/outdoor kitchen is fabulous. Dining areas inside and out. Plenty of ground for dogs. Inside was nicely done, I would say all French in style. Great fire place too, be lovely for Christmas.

We will definitely repeat, the house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need inside to spend a few spectacular days of rest in a beautiful area with phenomenal views. Gareth has been attentive and is a very friendly and polite person, which makes you want to come back. I would only add one thing to make everything perfect, and that would be a table and chairs to eat outside while enjoying the beautiful garden that the property has. This was an absolute gem in the perfect location of javea! 5-10 monutes to the pebble beach and about a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Plenty of free parking right by the apartment. Apartment was in fantadtic condition and clean with every amenity you could want. lovely complex with fab pool indoor and outdoor, perfect for kids even on rainy days! very safe and secure. it was clean and tidy and sheets/towels were crisp white! showers worked fine and lots of appliances/utensils in the kitchen. Great host who was always responsive. even thought we landed late they greeted us at the apartment and even got us some snacks and water as all the shops had closed which was a life saver! Do not hesitate if you are looking at this apartment for your next holiday as we will certainly be coming back!!

Very nice house, comfortable, well appointed and very pleasant to stay in. The common areas are very spacious, bright and with beautiful views of the terrace, pool and sea. The garden is well maintained, with magnificent Mediterranean plants and shrubs. We'll be happy to go back!

The house is very nice. We were there with our three small children and we all enjoyed it very much. We especially liked the large outdoor area and the large pool. The location is also very convenient. You can walk to several supermarkets and restaurants and you can quickly reach Alicante, Santa Pola and Elche by car.

We were phenomenal. The house was great as shown in the pictures and had a lot for the kids. The area is very quiet, and the beach is very close! The bad thing is that it is not easy to walk near the house; but still, we will repeat!

Was a really great stay. Matched the pictures entirely. Was very private and had lovely scenery along with great amenities to match.

Thanks to Gaelle and Khalid (and Farid) for hosting this place which is just perfect. the accommodation is located less than 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach and 5 minutes drive from the center of Alcossebre in absolute calm in a gated property with swimming pool, children's play area and even a chicken coop. Our little girl loved it! The house is clean, functional and spacious with a terrace that directly overlooks the pool. The hosts are adorable even if we met them little during our stay. We had a lovely stay in a beautiful area and felt at home for a week. Thanks to them.

In a word, GREAT! We have booked this accommodation for a month and would like to stay longer. Unfortunately, we have to go back to the Netherlands for work, otherwise we would never want to leave here again. The house was super clean and equipped with every comfort. My 2 year old daughter had the time of her life because everything has been thought of. From toys to plates and cups, etc. Caroline's helpfulness deserves a big 10!! Unfortunately, my parents could not go to the supermarket themselves due to their age, groceries were no problem for Caroline. Also, my parents had no sense of the various remotes and Caroline also came by to explain this in person. This is a place that we will book much more often because you have a carefree holiday here. Keep in mind that there is no supermarket within walking distance and that having a car is really a must in this location. Another 10!
