Great location and views

The house is just what we were looking for, spacious, clean . Comfortable, safe (grjas on all doors and windows) screens in the windows (essential for the time of year) all on one level, very clean pool and ideal terrace, for the hottest hours the air conditioning in all rooms is available although we did not use it much since we were outside most of the time . As the only objection to commenting on the scarce kitchenware (plates and glasses) we had to buy half a dozen and the lack of a dishwasher (essential in these times) it must be borne in mind that our stay was long and we made many meals at home. Otherwise fantastic

We have just returned from a week at Sina’s villa with our 3 children. We had a wonderful stay with everything that we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool which is an asset to the villa. The villa was peaceful, private & quiet. It felt homely & safe. The supermarkets, restaurants & beach were only a few minutes drive away with easy parking. Sina was excellent and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this villa and return to Calpe.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

Our group of 12 had a lovely time at Anne's place. The house was beautiful, and had everything we needed for a great stay. When we encountered a problem, Anne was quick to respond and super helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice house with good sized rooms. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. We were there in December so and the pool area was shaded but we still had some swims with the kids. Short walk into the pretty town of Moriara with plenty of shops and restaurants and a very nice beach.

A very nice stay in this property. A little out of the city center, it is necessary to take the car to go to the beach or find the first shop. Still, the pool is a big plus and the amenities great. Many sunbeds, umbrellas, water guns… everything to entertain a family during their stay. We would recommend it.

House was warm and comfortable for a winter stay. Easy access for bikes and parking. Carla was very helpful both before and during our stay. Excellent walking and cycling in the area.

Fantastic holiday, location, villa and hosts. We needed a couple of things sorted, extra pillows and hot water put on as we had a couple of days with cloud. Spoke with Dagmar and it was sorted, nothing was a problem. We needed a break to relax and recharge and we did exactly that at Dagmar's villa it was perfect in every way. The only small thing was TV was only set for German & Spanish if it was a smart TV then 100% perfect instead of 99.999%. But seriously Beautiful villa & wonderful hosts would recommend staying. We never normally stay at the same villa when we return to Spain but if we decide to stay in Calp again I would return to Dagmar's without a doubt. Book it & enjoy.

We were two families coming together and the accommodation gave us the flexible layout needed, and the space for solitude if required, while great social spaces in the dining and garden areas. Everything was as expected and better, ideally you need a car for the location but it’s easy to get around and park in the area with plenty to do out and about, even in October. Thank you for the hospitality.

Really lovely Villa. It has a fabulous view and is so very tranquil. As a family with grown-up children and their partners, it was a perfect getaway. The local scenery is stunning. We found some quirky local restaurants with cheerful, easy-going locals. Moraira is less than 15 minutes in a car and is also really pleasant. The Villa has everything you need, and we spent much of our trip there relaxing, as it was so relaxing. A small critic: the showers could use a little TLC, but even so, I'll happily give it a 5-star rating. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay. Jon & family

Mach was very helpful and communicative before and during stay. Home was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean. Outside area was fabulous, with plenty of seating and eating for us all. The communal pool was spotlessly clean the area around the pool was very well kept and only a few feet away from the garden gate, which was great for the little ones. There is a rooftop pool. It’s a short walk away from the beach and all the shops bars and restaurants beach area is wonderful very clean. The restaurants are a great standard with lots to choose from. The boat hire and scuba hire is on the beach.

We recommend this rental Miguel is a great host. The house is very functional, the pool is at its best. The beach, a 5-minute walk away, is very pretty and uncrowded. In short, a great plan!

We absolutely loved our two month stay! We had everything we needed. Our dog was welcome as well. It's only a one minute walk to the beach and there were some restaurants in walking distance. I would suggest renting a car for the time there. Or you can always take a taxi as well. We already recommended the place to our friends and families. Thank you for everything!

Villa Rita was a lovely place to stay, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It’s sat in a quiet peaceful area of Calpe. Only thing that stopped me giving full marks from me was one of the shower sliding doors was broken and nearly fell off the runner each turn me the shower was used. Other than that it was a fabulous stay. We would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Rita.

A very complete and equipped house, the listing corresponded to reality and the area was very quiet. We really liked the garden as it was very clean and with all the details. Entry and communication with hosts was easy.
