House vacation rentals in Platja de Gandia

The house is just what we were looking for, spacious, clean, comfortable, safe (bars on all doors and windows) mosquito nets on the windows (essential for the time of year) all on one floor, very clean pool and ideal terrace, for the hottest hours the air conditioning in all rooms is available although we did not use it much since we were outside most of the time. The only objection is the lack of kitchenware (plates and glasses). We had to buy half a dozen, and the lack of a dishwasher (essential these days). Keep in mind that our stay was long, and we made many meals at home. Otherwise, fantastic

We have just returned from a week at Sina’s villa with our 3 children. We had a wonderful stay with everything that we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool which is an asset to the villa. The villa was peaceful, private & quiet. It felt homely & safe. The supermarkets, restaurants & beach were only a few minutes drive away with easy parking. Sina was excellent and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this villa and return to Calpe.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

An incredible place for its natural beauty,silence , pine forest perfume,mountains and see the sea. The house is very comfortable ,with impeccable tableware cleaning also .. the communication in the moment and disposition. The jacuzzi is a special touch..thank you 🫂

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

Nice house with good sized rooms. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. We were there in December so and the pool area was shaded but we still had some swims with the kids. Short walk into the pretty town of Moriara with plenty of shops and restaurants and a very nice beach.

A very nice stay in this property. A little out of the city center, it is necessary to take the car to go to the beach or find the first shop. Still, the pool is a big plus and the amenities great. Many sunbeds, umbrellas, water guns… everything to entertain a family during their stay. We would recommend it.

House was warm and comfortable for a winter stay. Easy access for bikes and parking. Carla was very helpful both before and during our stay. Excellent walking and cycling in the area.

Fantastic holiday, location, villa and hosts. We needed a couple of things sorted, extra pillows and hot water put on as we had a couple of days with cloud. Spoke with Dagmar and it was sorted, nothing was a problem. We needed a break to relax and recharge and we did exactly that at Dagmar's villa it was perfect in every way. The only small thing was TV was only set for German & Spanish if it was a smart TV then 100% perfect instead of 99.999%. But seriously Beautiful villa & wonderful hosts would recommend staying. We never normally stay at the same villa when we return to Spain but if we decide to stay in Calp again I would return to Dagmar's without a doubt. Book it & enjoy.

We were two families coming together and the accommodation gave us the flexible layout needed, and the space for solitude if required, while great social spaces in the dining and garden areas. Everything was as expected and better, ideally you need a car for the location but it’s easy to get around and park in the area with plenty to do out and about, even in October. Thank you for the hospitality.

Nice little finca, quiet location, great outside space, walkable to a few local bars and restaurants, very close to the beach, bus stop right outside, regular service to Denia. plenty of secure parking, well furnished inside and out , very secure for our small dog

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

Location is great and the place is splendid! Anibal is great host. There is a limit on the amount electricity used which is what the security deposit is for, so be careful with AC usage. This was not clarified before arriving. All in all, would definitely recommend!

I had an absolutely unforgettable experience at this Airbnb! The panoramic views from this place are nothing short of spectacular – every room offered incredible scenery. It's a very comfortable house Communication with the host was excellent! They were prompt and helpful I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat. You do need a car to get around Altea. I will stay at this place again

Really lovely Villa. It has a fabulous view and is so very tranquil. As a family with grown-up children and their partners, it was a perfect getaway. The local scenery is stunning. We found some quirky local restaurants with cheerful, easy-going locals. Moraira is less than 15 minutes in a car and is also really pleasant. The Villa has everything you need, and we spent much of our trip there relaxing, as it was so relaxing. A small critic: the showers could use a little TLC, but even so, I'll happily give it a 5-star rating. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay. Jon & family

Mach was very helpful and communicative before and during stay. Home was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean. Outside area was fabulous, with plenty of seating and eating for us all. The communal pool was spotlessly clean the area around the pool was very well kept and only a few feet away from the garden gate, which was great for the little ones. There is a rooftop pool. It’s a short walk away from the beach and all the shops bars and restaurants beach area is wonderful very clean. The restaurants are a great standard with lots to choose from. The boat hire and scuba hire is on the beach.

The house matches the photos, it was clean and the jacuzzi gives it a special touch. This is the second time we've stopped by.

What a delightful home! The hospitality is wonderful, and the house is beautifully furnished, truly making you feel at home rather than in a typical rental. It’s fully equipped with all the comforts you could need. The spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night. There’s ample space throughout the house, and with the lovely weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning garden. The pool is fantastic, and the garden is a beautiful oasis filled with flowers and plants, providing plenty of privacy. A car is essential for exploring the charming spots nearby, as the neighborhood is quite tranquil. We loved the various outdoor seating areas, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, and baking dishes, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Plus, the views of the mountains are gorgeous, and the heating/air conditioning worked perfectly. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We recommend this rental. Miguel is a great host. The house is very functional, the pool is excellent. The beach, a 5-minute walk, is very pretty and not very busy. In short, a great plan!

Villa Rita was a lovely place to stay, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It’s sat in a quiet peaceful area of Calpe. Only thing that stopped me giving full marks from me was one of the shower sliding doors was broken and nearly fell off the runner each turn me the shower was used. Other than that it was a fabulous stay. We would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Rita.

A very complete and equipped house, the listing was accurate and the area was very quiet. We really liked the garden as it was very clean, well-kept and with all the details. Check-in and communication with the hosts was very easy.

The house was situated in a lovely area with the mountain in the backyard. It had a fantastic view on both sides of the house. The house was delightful with plenty of space. The children loved the pool that belonged to the area. Dmitri was a good and friendly host who was very accommodating. He responded very quickly if there was any doubt. I can only recommend Dmitri and his house.
