Villa Minerva offers a great opportunity to stay in a quiet private place very close to the town, beach, boulevard supermarkets. The house offers everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is completely walled, so safe for our dog, who was made very welcome. Even a dog bed and food bowls for the dog were provided. The different seating areas around the pool were spot on. Cheryl is a very helpful responsive host. She will do anything she can to make your stay a pleasant experience.

We loved the house, welcoming, clean, with everything you need to be comfortable. The amazing views, felt like not going out so you could enjoy the terrace. David was quick to respond to our questions. Undoubtedly to be repeated, highly recommended.

The apartment is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Ingrid was just wonderful – she was always friendly, helpful and very straightforward. For our family of four, the space was more than sufficient, and the location of the apartment is simply fantastic. The view from the terrace enchanted us anew every day! We would like to thank Ingrid from the bottom of our hearts and look forward to our next visit!😍

Great getaway to relax with the sound of the sea. The terrace, tranquility and its views are the best part of the apartment. There are dishwashers that are not in the description. All very close at hand. Can't wait to be back. Thank you Laura for your kind.

We had a wonderful week at El Portet Beach. Great contact with Almarina before our stay and an early check in was extremely helpful. The villa/house is absolutely beautiful and very cosy. It had everything we needed for our stay and lots of storage and space. The garden area is beautiful and very well maintained. What surprised us most was how peaceful it was but in less than 5 minutes you are on El Portet beach. We really hope to return and throughly enjoyed our stay!

Even though it rained most of the time, it should not take anything away from the house, which was incredibly delicious, and with an absolutely stunning view. Wilfried was an absolutely perfect host.

Located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the street. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Jennifer was quick and very friendly at all times. We highly recommend the place and will be happy to come back 👍

A beautiful family stay, everything was perfect...the welcome by Mirella, Allessandra's mother, a charming and caring lady. Mirella welcomes you with great kindness and gave us some great tips for our walks. Discreet, but meeting her was a real pleasure for a cordial and joyful exchange. I recommend this wonderful, peaceful place, with all the amenities.

Our short break was made extra special with the host Johan going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Plenty of restaurants within easy reach and a short walk to the beach made it completely perfect. The 4 of us will be back.

We had a great time in Avignon. The host is responsive, available and very kind. The size of the listing is suitable for couple. The sea view is sublime and the building's swimming pool is very nice. The beach is a 5min walk, it was a pleasure to walk day or night. Small negative: the accommodation deserves a little refresh (the glass window was broken, the shower clogged, the furniture very old, the uncomfortable beds...) We will keep fond memories of this vacation:)

It was a great stay. the house lived up to expectations and Arno was fantastic to collaborate with. was one piece from downtown Calpe but we showed this in advance. The taxi came quickly so there was no problem. the app Glovo was amazing to have groceries delivered home to the house with free delivery. Excellent location in Javea !

Mach was very helpful and communicative before and during stay. Home was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean. Outside area was fabulous, with plenty of seating and eating for us all. The communal pool was spotlessly clean the area around the pool was very well kept and only a few feet away from the garden gate, which was great for the little ones. There is a rooftop pool. It’s a short walk away from the beach and all the shops bars and restaurants beach area is wonderful very clean. The restaurants are a great standard with lots to choose from. The boat hire and scuba hire is on the beach.

Everything was wonderful, we were very satisfied and felt very welcome. What could be better than falling asleep with the rhythm of the waves right outside the window. We highly recommend the place and the host.

We spent a very nice time in this villa. It is located in a private and quite area in front of the see. The house has everything we needed for a little baby, it matches the photos and description. Walking distance (10 min) from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend this apartment
