Absolutely beautiful & a private oasis!! The pictures do not encompass the lovely, old keys charm of this property, that is perfect for families, or traveling adults that want their own space! Safe & fully fenced in for dogs or kids. Beach area, fishing spot, kayaks, paddle board & so much more. Conveniently located mid Keys with lots of fun options nearby or short drive. Or just stay on property and relax in the beach. Only negative is mosquitos, so bring DEET & maybe yard spray. Diane was outstanding, responsive & proactive for us. Thank you for a great family vacation!!

Great stay overall. Restaurants are close but not necessarily walkable. The place is in a quiet neighborhood with a great breakfast/lunch spot around the corner. Larry is very responsive. It would be helpful to get the address/check-in instructions prior to the actual checkin time but everything was smooth once we got in. Also, it was fine for our dog.

We absolutely loved Margaret's place! It was picturesque and so fun! We loved the view, the pool, the local restaurants and her home felt very comfortable for my family of five. Thank you Margaret and Phil!!!

Our stay was an absolute pleasure. We got checked in, had a little trouble finding some lights which Yuni got back to us on immediately. The pool was perfect, even on the days it rained. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and dropping in at Havana Jack's for a cocktail. Great location, would love to visit again.

Mary's place was in a very safe and beautiful location. Everyone was friendly and there were endless dining options. There were even local conveniences that I didn't expect nearby such as Dollar Tree, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, etc. Showers had great water pressure, hot water, and had zero sulphur smell. Decor was lovely and ample storage space for your things. A/C and heat works great and no musty smells anywhere. Beds, outdoor furniture and couches very comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Was too busy to enjoy the cabana amenities but visited it briefly and it looked wonderful. Thank you Mary hope to return in the future!

A nice location in Key Colony Beach along a canal. Close to sunset park. The house was great for a weeklong stay. Some restaurants within walking distance and a great neighborhood for exercising.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Ramses was very responsive. The area and RV were just as described. The RV was clean and felt like home. It was our first stay in an RV and it was super comfortable. The lot has its own dock and felt very private, even with neighbors. The dock had super comfortable chairs that were perfect for getting some sun and reading a book. It was so peaceful. People we saw on walks in the neighborhood were very friendly. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at dream bay. we were very lucky the first few days as the temperatures were mild and had low wind and manatees came right up to the dock. We were able to paddleboard and kayak and saw dolphins and more manatees right off the shore line. Walking distance to restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Stunning location and home. Everything was beyond perfect. Sherry was helpful when I had any questions. Best stocked AirBNB I have stayed. Simple check in and out. Lots of supplies for the beach and a great binder of places to visit. Would 10000% stay again. Fishing off the canal was the highlight of the stay for the guys and I loved the swim spa. Can’t wait to visit again.

We had a great time. We enjoyed the pool, great location, and very clean. The communication with the property manager was also great. We would very much recommend staying here.

Location, location, location! Great views, nice pool area, dock space if needed. Walkable to several resorts and turtle sanctuary.

We were looking for a great place close to a small beach, an ocean view, which was clean and could house our family comfortably. This place did that and provided a place away from tourist crowds. Very nice place

This will be the fourth time we have stayed at this house. We love the house. However it has changed owners and gone a bit down hill over the years. There are repairs that need addressed (and the ones that have been done, have been done poorly) and updates that need done. That aside the only other complaint I have is that the management staff hired is very cheap. Every other place we have rented always includes simple things like more than one roll of toilet paper, a couple of extra trash bags, at least one or two dish washer pods, a couple laundry pods, salt and pepper, etc. or bikes, kayaks, things to use. There is NOTHING in the house but towels and blankets. I had to buy everything which is usually provided. Very cheap management services! Actually every other place that we’ve rented lays us out a bottle of wine and instructions and a number to call and list of things to do in the area, etc. etc. none of this was provided. I don’t expect a bottle of wine but it’s kind of customary

We had never been to the Keys,we rented this house with coco Plum's. The house was amazing,enjoyed the pool and walking past the pool to get in the boat was great. The boat ramp was just around the corner. If we go back down to Florida we will definitely check with coco Plum to see what they have to offer.

What a beautiful home! We towed our boat from northeast Florida and were thrilled with how convenient it was to drop the boat in the local marina and keep it right behind the house. Sombrero Beach was down the road and a perfect location for our grandkids to swim and play in the sand. John could not have been more helpful and responded quickly to all of my texts. We are already thinking about reserving again in the spring!

Such a fantastic place to stay - my best ever experience with Airbnb. The garden by the canal is a fantastic place to relax in the evening. The neighbours on both sides were lovely people and so welcoming. Had such a relaxing break. The house is really well equipped - big fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooking equipment etc. There’s a Weber BBQ in the garden with all the cooking utensils you’ll need. It’s a really nice, quiet street with some great places to eat and drink nearby and within walking distance. Thoroughly recommend the place. Cheers Nick

This home was simplistic, clean and a great peaceful location. The hot tub was a nice addition especially because we had cooler weather while we were here. I could make an espresso or regular drip coffee from the appliance provided. The shower was cutting-edge and beds were comfortable. I would recommend this house for anyone that comes to visit the keys.

Fernando's place was awesome. We went for a family trip with my 2.5 year old and my 5 month old. Great spot for young kids with plenty to do between the pool, park, lagoon and beach. Everything within easy walking distance from the townhouse. Fernando was a great host and went above and beyond to help get us pack and plays, booster seats etc.. The apartment is also very close to some great restaurants and fun activities!

Super cute tiny home! Perfect for two people. We loved that the hosts had fishing poles, beach chairs, etc on the property! Our only complaint would be the proximity to the neighbors. Not all of the neighbors follow the noise ordinance hours. Overall, a great stay!

Blaine was easy to work with and responsive. The location is well positioned for day trips via automobile in our experience. It was perfect for two travelers that needed a safe, clean place. It appeared to be all new construction! :) The area right by the canal was very pleasant in the morning and there was also a nice seated area to use your laptop.The gas grill was nice to have access to as well. We would stay again!

Ana’s place is beautiful! It’s right on the water with amazing views. The house is large with many separate rooms and plenty of bathrooms. It’s in a very nice and safe neighborhood close to lots of activities. It’s very bright and open. Just lovely!

Beautiful, clean house with beautiful views! The beach isn’t great for getting in the water, but it’s perfect for sitting by the water or playing the outdoor games. There are some beaches that are within about 15 min that are good for getting in the water. It was about 15-20 minutes to the 7 Mile Bridge. Our favorite restaurant was Lazy Days South which has great food and beautiful views/sunsets. There’s a cute coffee shop about 1-2 minutes from the house called Georgie’s, also really recommend. The Turtle Hospital and Dolphin Research Center are worth visiting also! Would definitely stay here again!
