The apartment is nice and big and there was everything we needed. The location & views were great. A very nice large balcony and outdoor area. Roberto was always available for us and gave us many good tips. He even organized a shuttle to the airport for us. Communication is easy as we like it. We discovered a spacious, clean ,very well-equipped and quiet accommodation in a popular but safe area. Most popular: the courtyard to safely park our rental vehicle. The spa on the terrace and the barbecue ( for perfect evenings). The walking proximity to shops, the seaside and the center of Cannes . Lovely apartment with a spectacular view.

Christophe is a 10/10 host - absolutely wonderful at communicating and being proactive. He even let us check in early and check out late - it seemed like nothing was too big of an ask. The airbnb itself was absolutely gorgeous - even better than the photos. There is so much room and plenty of equipment for cooking in or having a bbq. An absolutely perfect spot - I have no recommendations on improvements! Thank you for the most amazing stay.

Very nice pairing inside and outside, air conditioning, washer and dryer were much appreciated, large living room, dining room, heated pool WoW!. A few small things were missing but Laurent responded quickly to our requests. Thank you

Such an amazing place. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back in the future. Such a gorgeous pool to swim in and our little girl loved the jacuzzi and exploring the grounds. Lovely to be able to cook outside and relax in the outdoor living area in the evenings. Lots of lovely local villages to explore too. Vannina is a great host and very responsive to messages.

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation, which is as described, clean and cozy. Julien is welcoming and has good advice. The outside is very nice too, I loved the pergola with the wisteria. The residence is secure, close to all amenities. I highly recommend this listing!

I can’t say enough about Afifa’s hosting. She was very responsive, flexible and helpful! The appartment was also really. Nice! I will definitely look to stay with her again.

We loved our stay at Florence's place. It was just as charming as the photos indicated! Saint-Paul-de-Vance is a lovely village, and it's 100% worthwhile to spend a couple of nights in town rather than just making a day trip. Our favourite moments here were early morning and late afternoon/evening, when the busloads of tourists weren't in town. The location couldn't be better, being right in the middle of town and with everything in walking distance. Florence works in the studio downstairs, and she is really lovely, with perfect English. I had originally hoped to visit in 2020, and the pandemic made that impossible. I was thrilled to finally get here - the wait was more than worth it!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Dominique's place. The highlight is definitely the pool, which we were allowed to use on our own at all times. The location of the apartment is very good, as many places worth seeing can be reached within a short time. Dominique was very friendly, gave us a lot of information and was always responsive.

We stayed there for a work trip. We found the place very relaxing. The interior has a sweet smell of cottage, and the outdoor space is very nice. Great, I'll be back there, it's on for a future trip.

The accommodation is as described, nothing is missing for a good stay, the bedding is spotless and the studio is clean, not to mention the small private courtyard that allows you to eat and rest outside. I recommend these hosts to whom we will be returning soon!

Everything is perfect. Christophe and Emmanuelle are welcoming, responsive and accommodating hosts. The apartment on the ground floor of a house is very good, quiet with private parking and outdoor spaces. Close to all amenities, 20mn walk to the beach and the Croisette. I highly recommend. This is the place to stay if you love France!

We booked late, but feel very lucky, the reviews and comments about the villa and the lovely Agnes (who was looking after us during our holiday) are spot on. From the moment the electric gates closed behind our car, we felt we were in a little oasis. Agnes popped round to welcome us and gave us some really insightful tips about the area and was always available if we had questions. Nearby Tourrettes is truly charming. We had my 2 1/2 YO grandchild with us and she loved the pool and the open plan, air conditioned living/dining room for naps. The house is on multiple levels with each bedroom having its own character, but all are very comfortable. You get sun all day but also the area has dark skies, I haven't seen the milky way in years. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could easily host a dinner party (and use the inside and outside bars!). We'd definitely stay again.

We stayed for 10 days with two families including 4 young children and had a great time! There was enough room for the kids to play, the terrace could also be used to play and access to the pool was only possible when an adult helped. Speaking of the pool, we were pondering before we booked regarding general child safety, but were so glad we had a pool our entire stay. We used it basically everyday and the kids loved it. Sylvain was always helpful and available when we had a question. We would definitely recommend him as a host and the house and would book it again :)

Very nice house in lovely area. Landlord was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The kitchen would benefit from a few more plates, wine glasses etc.

We spent a blissful ten days in this lovely corner of Alpes-Maritimes; the apartment was perfect for our stay in every way. Jessica and Mark are delightful hosts - friendly, informative and discreet; full of suggestions for great places to visit and local walks. The location is perfect for visiting Cannes, Nice and Monaco, plus all the exquisite hilltop villages - we loved Auribeau-sur-Siagne and Mougins. We enjoyed the glorious views from the patio and pool; you can see right down to the sea at Cannes from the elevated position. The only sounds were of nature - we saw birds of prey wheeling above the valley and many native butterflies, especially up on the hill behind the property. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was excellent with a superb large shower - perfect after a long walk or a morning swim. All in all - a marvellous stay. Thank you Jessica and Mark!

Siegfried and Magali were excellent hosts. Responsive when we needed them, but left us to enjoy our holiday in peace otherwise. The house is comfortable and well equipped, and our family particularly enjoyed the pool house and barbecue area. It's an easy walk into the village for the bakery in the morning and restaurants in the evening. It was a shame about the thunderstorms, but we were cosy inside when the weather was bad. Thank you Siegfried and Magali for your hospitality.
