Absolutely wonderful apt.. Raphael was incredible and super responsive to all our questions and requests and went above and beyond. Best location in Cannes, beautiful setting, The apt is fantastic and was exactly what we needed for our stay in Cannes and is located in a doorman building which is a huge plus. the apt is really lovely and beautifully designed. we absolutely loved our stay… Thank you so so much Raphael, everything was perfect. hope to come back next year!!!

We were very comfortable in the apartment - everything was very clean and easy to find. The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator which might be helpful for some people to know but for us it was no problem at all. Highly recommend.

We’re had a wonderful family stay in Célines Antibes apartment . The apartment was very well located within walking distance of the beaches and the old town, although the whole area is quite hilly. There was conveniently a parking space for our hire car. Gilles, the concierge was also very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean with every amenity you could want for a comfortable stay, and very spacious. The views from the terrace were incredible. Would highly recommend this apartment

We stayed for 2 months and loved every minute of this perfect apartment in Cannes! Beautifully decorated, light and bright. Great terrace! Excellent location on a lively street with everything at your fingertips. You feel like a local! Walk to the beach, shops and train station. Short cab ride or train to the Airport. It's perfect! Safe day or night! Great hosts, lots of nice touches in the apartment to you up for success. Can't wait to go back.

Clearly disappointed to have returned home. I had an amazing vacation, a very accessible, clean and spacious apartment. I would highly recommend this listing. The host is very welcoming and responsive, thank you a thousand times I had a good holiday in the sun.

We (a family of 5, with children aged 6, 5 and 3) had a wonderful time at Paul's place. The interior was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures. The location was perfect: in a more quiet, residential street, but close to shops and restaurants, the beach and the tram. We would love to return!

Cozy accommodation faithful to the photos, I had a very nice weekend at Frédéric's. Self check-in is very convenient, even if I found the check-in and check-out times a little too rigid. Communication was easy Via message and Frédéric very responsive. I recommend this rental 👍

We stayed at Jessica’s apartment over Christmas and loved it. It was very clean and looked exactly as advertised. The location was very convenient, we also managed to park right next to the building, which was great. The communication with the hosts was great. We’d recommend this place.

Listing as described. It is clean and well-equipped. Exterior lighting is missing so we couldn't enjoy the terrace. Lots of co-ownership rules that we weren't aware of. The owners of the other properties are not very nice, we had remonstrations at the pool (we were talking about being too loud). The agents of the Serrendy agency are very available and nice.

Jessica’s place is perfect base for anyone looking to explore Cannes. You’re able to walk from the apartment to any of the local spots and you’re a short walk to some great restaurants, bakeries, cafes and bars. Located just across from the train station it is also super convenient for this travelling in via train from elsewhere. Would very much recommend.

We spend three weeks which was wonderful every thing was perfect , closed compound safe place and Helmi was very helpful and responding immediately for any questions. There is nearby walking distance to a supermarket and a bakery. Car is a must to visit other areas 12-20 minutes to Cannes . 2 bathrooms one of them upstairs for 4 bedrooms the only negative point. Definitely we will comeback again to this home because we felt like at our home since the first day . 5 stars place 👍
