Milly was super friendly, always available, lots of helpful tips for excursions in the area, in contact nice and friendly, a perfect hostess. The apartment is very individual and nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, basics in the kitchen and bathroom and there was wine and ice cream to welcome you - very attentive! The pool is great, refreshing after a day out, plenty of loungers even when the house is fully occupied.

apartment in an excellent location according to our taste, very close to the Pre de Pecheurs parking lot, very close to the main squares and the beach of Antibes. Clean house with everything you need to eat in the apartment or relax while staying in the house. Only for families it is good to know that the rooms are not large even though 4 of us had a great time considering that there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ivan is always ready to respond. Positive experience, we recommend it.

We had a great weekend stay at Patrick and Virginie’s place. The apartment is super cute and quirky and matched the description perfectly. The location was amazing, right in the old town and walkable to some great restaurants bars and shops while being tucked away so nice and private. Antibes is also lovely with pretty winding streets and squares, some great walks and beautiful beaches. Patrick and Virginie were also great hosts, really helpful, with great communication and very responsive to any questions. All in all a great stay and would definitely return again!

We had a nice stay with the family in this beautiful village of Cap Esterel. The apartment has all the necessities.

Very nice stay at Manon's. The apartment is nice and as described. The residence has many advantages: beautiful impeccable swimming pool tennis mini golf playgrounds The studio is missing a coffee table, the bedside lamps of the upstairs beds in the entrance do not work and it is missing a few small details (laundry tongs for example ) but nothing very serious The neighbors around the studio (with children in particular) were a little noisy every day... The directions for the lock box and location were clear We would recommend this experience

House in a top location with beautiful views of the sea from the large terrace. It has everything you need for a feel-good vacation: from the amenities, the cleanliness, the communication long in advance with the landlord, who has a list of valuable tips for restaurants. The reception was also straightforward, friendly, with quick response time. Great. I highly recommend it!

Good standing accommodation and very clean. The two bedrooms are separate which leaves good privacy... nothing to say except that it was very good! I highly recommend

Bonjour, I missed the last connecting train between Toulon and St Raphael because of a collision deposited in a train station (Trapped Collis? ) I had to decide to sleep in a hotel in Toulon It was very late to cancel my airbnb room, I let my host know. Wonderful visit at the apartment. We stayed for a week. The location was perfect for us. Close to bus and tram stops, grocery and bakery shops — and across the street from the promenade, where we could stroll all the way to Old Nice. Perfect! The view from the apartment was just beautiful morning, noon and night. While the bathroom is bijou, the apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I do have to mention how very comfortable the beds were. That was a welcome bonus after a long day of sight seeing. Our hosts were so pleasant, responsive and accommodating to work with. That made our travel so much easier. I look forward to a return visit where I will book this apartment again. Thank you, Tam and Jennifer. I am happy to recommend.
