This home more than met the needs of our family of 6 while we were in town visiting. The sunrise on the back patio makes for a great environment to read or relax and have a cup of coffee in the morning. I had a brief conversation with a neighbor as he went by on his boat. He was nice and gave a few restaurant recommendations in the local area. Overall, we had a great experience and Tim was a wonderful host. My only word of caution would be for little ones with wet feet from the shower, the tile can be pretty slick, so make sure your feet are dry before leaving the bathroom.

Jessica and Brad couldn't have been more friendly. Their home was spotless with lots of extras. It had a beautiful view of the lake. Greg even loaned me a pole to try and catch a fish by their dock. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The large kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed sitting at the dining table chatting. We got the low down on the area for activities and dining from Greg. The Farmer's Market is a must. Most of our activities were in Sebring so we will need to get back and see more of Lake Placid. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home ! It was beautiful everything as described and more frank was super helpful answered all of our questions almost immediately was super friendly. Had everything you can think of from fire pit to the lake in the back kayak paddle boards, board games, life jacket. It was very clean barbecue a lot of amenities to the kitchen like seasonings you can’t go wrong. The ATVs were so much fun and for the price extremely cheap the whole day the trails were amazing. I definitely recommend everybody to try them out. I can’t thank you enough for the experience and I hope we are welcome to come back another day. we fished for hours, but weren’t lucky enough to catch bass Came close the backyard is only 2 feet of water so it’s pretty difficult lol but once you paddle out, it’s a huge a huge lake we just aren’t use to lakes and didn’t wanna go to far from the house but Definitely recommend renting his boat if you’re planning on trying to catch bass !

Karla's house is on beautiful fresh water pond. We rented the house for a Thanksgiving family reunion. The house easily fit 14 of us. We came from 4 different parts of the country. The house is large and comfortable. The kitchen was excellent and cooked meals for all of each day we were there. The weather was perfect and we spent lots of time on the porch in the back which overlooks the pond. There were four different BBQ grills and plenty of cooking utensils. Down on the pond there were kayaks and beach chairs, as well as some fishing gear. We loved the house a d would not hesitate to go back. Thank you Karla, you are a great host.

We were a party of 5 (3 adults, 2 teens) and it fit us all comfortably. Very clean, spacious, the front porch was a nice place to sit overlooking the lake, and the game room was a nice touch. We were in the area to visit family and will keep this place in mind for future visits!

Perfect house on a Great Lake. Well surpassed the cleanliness of a past Airbnb house on lake placid that we previously stayed in. Lots and lots of toys, Inside and out for kids. Tons of space; was a great house for a big group. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful place! We were a little worried when we pulled in because the exterior was a little rough looking but what a gem when we stepped inside. Everything you need except food! Bring your poles if you like to fish. The dock is great. The upstairs lanai is lovely and very relaxing with a lake view. Super cute touches with throw pillows and decorations. Bed was comfy.

We just recently discovered the Lake Placid area and were happy to find a great home for our 1st visit. The home had 4 rooms, all with beds and 3 bathrooms. It was all clean and well stocked. The living area was very open and perfect for a family to spend time together, but with ample space. The game room was great also for a game night and the dining table for playing cards and eating as a big family. We were worried about being on Lake Henry, but we spent more time on that lake, than Lake June. Plenty of room to tube, wakeboard and fish for bass. The canal to connect to Lake June is very shallow, but a flats boat got through okay for us. Great home and location. We would love to return!

The home was very peaceful for a lakehouse getaway. It had everything needed, was uniquely decorated, and nicely furnished. Communication with the host and simple check-in/out was appreciated. Would recommend if staying in Lake Placid as it is close to town and the other larger lakes in the area.

The sunrises were absolutely gorgeous. The home is quiet, comfortable and the windows facing the lake are great. The host is communicative and kind. We enjoyed the lake from the home and in our boat. The house is close to few good restaurants and Sebring is just minutes away. We enjoyed our stay.

This felt like a very lucky find. We were in the area to be at Sebring for work, so it was very nice to be able to get to this place and just...look out at the water. The owners had a person reach out to us about "anything you need," etc., so it was good to have that communication--they even let us know about a problem before it was a problem, as there was a local water main break so we had lower pressure for an afternoon but we knew why at least! The location is great, kind of tucked into the neighborhood there and the space is really great-- can picture how awesome it would be to be there with kids-the bunk bed room (and joined bathroom!) is amazing. Hope we can get lucky again and come back next year-

Lance's home is Amazing! It is so well stocked with everything you need all you have to bring is your toothbrush and clothes. You feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. There is so much to do that you dont even need to leave the house. So peaceful and serene. You couldn't ask for a better place to have a weekend getaway and we cant wait to go back and stay but hopefully longer next time. Lance responded quickly to any question that we had. This place is wonderful for any family stay.

The location was perfect for us. Sunsets and fishing were great. Tom and Hope are amazing hosts. It felt like we've been friends for years with the communication we had.

Lovely lakefront home, exactly as described, matches all the pictures. Very convenient to the town of Sebring as well as the Raceway. Was great to come home from a long track day and sit on the dock and watch the sunset. The view of the lake was very peaceful. The home itself was spotless, a real challenge with a pet friendly home. Bathrooms were absolutely sparkling clean, with plenty of towels and washcloths for everybody. Nice extras with the coffee service and some surprise snacks! Well stocked with indoor and outdoor games, kayaks, life vests and fishing poles. Even had extra pet leashes and bowls! Janet was great with communications, check in/out was very easy to understand. Will certainly return!

Nice place, exactly what I wanted, a quiet place for work & downtime while I was in Sebring. No problems with check-in, even though my plane had been delayed. Place was spotless, even came with some amenities like bottled water & a fresh stock of coffee. I'd stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at Jackie's place for a weekend getaway to check out downtown Sebring and the new renovations performed by HGTV. The home was only about 10 minutes from downtown. We enjoyed the town and the Sebring Soda Festival. Our stay at the home was so peaceful and relaxing by Lake Sebring. On our 2nd day, we spent over 8 hours on the deck and on the little private beach reading, conversating, and napping. You just feel a little closer to God while your here. There were so many beautiful birds flying about out there also. The inside of the home was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for the short stay. Jackie and her husband were extremely nice and very communicative. If you want to disconnect and unwind then this is the place to be.

A living area features a comfortable sofa and an armchair, paired with a coffee table and an area rug. A large television is mounted on the wall, while a window allows natural light to fill the space. A doorway leads to another room.

Kelly's place is very nice, clean and the dock is great! The shower is amazing! We brought our boat and tied it to the dock but there are pontoon boats and jet skis for rent as well in case you don't have one to bring. We caught fish off the dock and the breeze and view were great. The town is laid back and the people are friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing stay!

This is my second time staying here. Will definitely be back again. Micheal is a great host and responded back very quickly when I reached out. Was great to sit in the frontroom and be able to look out the window and see the water out back. Definitely worth the price.

our stay was very pleasant. This place was minutes away from the Spartan race which is why I rented it. we were pleased with the tranquility of this place. The cottage was so cute!
