The first days we traveled by bus, the stop is only 140 m from the beautifully located house. After a walk on the frozen sea, it was wonderful in the sauna in the house, and then enjoy the view of the chirping birds in one of the beautiful trees in front of the house. Doing shopping at the Coop 750 m away, try to read a Swedish book in the library next door and our last night out at the pizzeria 2 blocks away, for people like to drive around: it is super good! Hans is truly a great host, he is very convenient n helpful.Rosvik is the starting point to explore Norrbotten, the city of Luleå, beaches, forests, musea.My husband and I will be back.

The cottage is a little gem and Ove was a fantastic host. It is very cozy and has everything you need for your stay. It’s conveniently located close to Piteå, with all its amenities, but is far enough away to give you the feeling of being in nature. Ove was very helpful with tips on reindeers and northern lights, and we were lucky enough to see the aurora just outside the cottage. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Close to nature and local wind farms if you travel is work related. House was clean and tidy. The host was responsive, helpful and proactive. Property and the host are highly recommended.
