Very nice home, communication with host was a little slow. We had a great time .

Lorraine and Allen were wonderful hosts and the nicest people! The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our four-week stay. The bed was really comfortable with nice linens, and the shower was good and hot with great flow. There was plenty of closet space and storage, and the desk and office chair came in handy for working remotely. You'll find everything you need here to relax in comfort and to make meals. The surroundings are beautiful and the cottage is just steps from cute downtown Erwin. The locals were very friendly and helpful, too.

Wonderful place to stay. Easy access to Lake. Quiet and peaceful. Hosts were great with information on area. Thoughtful detail of getting the travel guides for the area and placed in unit. if I find myself back up in TN, I will definitely stay here.

Loved every second at this property. The hosts are very responsive and will help you with anything you’ll need with your stay. I will most definitely come back to this property in the future!
