Family-friendly vacation rentals in Pineview Reservoir

The condo was great, very quiet surroundings and the neighbors were very kind. The condo was very clean and the host was very responsive!

This is my second year staying here. It's a perfect location for a ski trip to Snowbasin, and what a great perk to have access to a free and easy daily lift ticket! I keep coming back, not only for the free lift ticket, but because there is plenty of room for my family to each have a room, and lots of space to play football, get in the hot tub, and use the BBQ in the spacious backyard. The kitchen has all we need so we can save money on meals. The washer and dryer mean we can pack light. It's really a great value!

Everything was wonderful, we would stay there again! Everything was clean and well stocked the beds were very comfortable! We had trouble finding the hot tub that was steps away. It was kind of hidden between three buildings and we had to hike a little to get up there or drive up and park. The other pool and hot tub we drove to and it was great. I had trouble with the listing as they didn't show the third bedroom but showed four pictures of the second bedroom. I was confused and thought the master bedroom was on the main floor because it had a patio. Turned out it was downstairs with a walkout. We had an amputee with us so a main floor master would've been great, but she did OK with the stairs. We all had a great weekend!

Great stay at this apartment in Eden. It was very convenient to the ski slopes, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. The host was very helpful and extremely responsive!

This house is fantastic! Surrounded by the mountains, serene, quiet and very private. It’s a short drive to good and services, plenty of room for a large group! The host was very helpful and communicative. There were a couple glitches with the reservation and he got everything settled on his end and made it pretty seamless. My friends and I loved those whole setting, would definitely stay in this house again and recommend it to anyone. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The kitchen was well equipped. Kivaan answered some questions I had beforehand. It was a perfect location for skiing Powder Mountain.

We had such a lovely time! Well equiped appartment with a lot of space. Comfortable beds, very good kitchen since we cooked every evening, soft and thick towels. Very well cleaned. We enjoyed playing racket ball and the hot tube. The gym looked very well equiped, but we never tried it. Easy to park right outside the appartment and only app. 10-15 min drive to Powder Mountain. We really enjoyed our week here and would love to come back again! Thank you, Sally for hosting us and answered our question guickly.

Absolutely perfect place to call home while visiting Snowbasin, Huntsville, Eden, and Pine View Reservoir. Super clean, comfortable spaces, great kitchen, and spacious overall layout.

We have stayed at various properties along the same beautiful street (overlooking Eden Valley) every ski week for 15 years. Jeff's place was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The check in/out process was crystal clear and easy, which is very much appreciated. I appreciated the detailed overview of TVs, WiFi, contact numbers etc. We had a wonderful time!

We spent a week at Brains and Susana place. It is the cleanest house I haven ever stayed in. The check in was very easy. Communication was with always a quick reply. The area is great with shopping, post office, restaurants, mall close by. Kitchen was fully stocked with all different size pots and pans to cook with. We needed nothing. Rooms are all very spacious, and the game room is an added bonus. Beautiful back yard with a waterfall and gazebo. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Wonderful house, very well stocked with every Thing we needed. Very clean, felt like home. The Hot Tub was amazing, very clean and well kept. Nice supply of towels for hot tub. We recommend this as your next place to stay!!

Stayed a total of 4 weeks while starting a new job. Was very helpful and accommodating in getting to know Ogden. Staff was always on the ready to help as needed.

The house was great! It was well set-up, the sauna was awesome, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was also great - it was a quiet street about 15 minutes from Powder Mountain. The host was communicative and check-in was easy. If you're skiing, just note that you don't have access to the garage, so everyone's skis and snowboard were a bit in the way. Great spot. Super quiet. Jerry is super easy going and check in/check out was the easiest experience I've had with 20-25 airbnbs and similar service property types. The dogs in back we're sweet and played very well with my young border collie. 8 minutes from Ogden and worth the stay.

Absolutely great! We used this place for our honeymoon and we loved it! We had a few others on our trip and wished we would have booked this one out all week. Planning on coming back.

Jeff's condo was very comfortable with everything we needed. It was convenient to have beach towels provided. we enjoyed the back patio and the little deck with table and chairs off the living room.

We had an amazing time at this property. We will definitely request this home any time we are thinking of being In the SLC-Ogden area. Their home was complete with every amenity you could ever ask for. F22 Raptors flying over lake bed, breathtaking!

I loved this space! It's a single condo with an upper and lower level and two bedrooms and two baths. It's got everything, except a washer and dryer. There is a communal laundry location for the complex. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The condo is really nice, and in a great area. I highly recommend!

As a group who travels multiple times a year for ski trips across the west and Midwest region, I can confidently say that we unanimously agreed on Brian being one of the absolute best, and most accommodating Airbnb hosts we’ve had yet! Brian went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing , including some last minute changes to our plans which he was more than happy to (and very generously) assist with! The home was clean, spacious, modern, and in an amazing location. Brian was clear, communicative, and readily available to assist at any moment during our stay. 10/10 would recommend, and absolutely will be looking to stay here again!

We only spent one night, but it was on short notice and worked out superbly!
