Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Pineview Reservoir

Trisha is an amazing host. The house was as beautiful and cozy as the pictures. We loved watching the horses in the field behind the house. Our kids had a great time at the huge playground and pools nearby. Plus, we were minutes away from Lagoon and great dining/shopping options.

We loved our experience in gorgeous Eden, Utah. We booked Amy & Greggs place for a family reunion over a long weekend. This was a great place to gather as a family! We enjoyed the gorgeous mountain views, gathering spaces, and all of the amenities. We really appreciated that the cupboards had everything that you would need to prepare and make family meals as far as dishes, serving bowls, and a few pantry staples; so nice to have when you get cooking and realize you don't have a bit of oil or some spices. The theater was perfect for teenagers to chill, family movie parties, and watching the game. The rooms and spacious closets were ideal for sleeping. Ping pong, board games, lawn area, hot tub, balconies, fire pit, and the slack line provided endless possibilities for games and gathering. The hosts were super friendly, great at communicating, and wonderful to work with. We'd highly recommend Eden and our great hosts.

Wonderful place. The boys had their own private space in the gameroom giving my wife and I peace and quiet. The hotub and views were amazing. A few extras that weren't mentionded in the description but I feel like others would appreciate: 1) Pizza oven was cool and fun for a family dinner night. 2)The shuttle for Powder Mountain passes right by the house about 100 yards from back door, and 3) We got about 18 inches of snow while we were there and the snow blowing service came 3-4 times. That was really nice. We really enjoyed the place and would definitely book again.

We loved this stay. A perfect getaway for us. Pretty much, the whole time, we binge watched Netflix in the theatre room and did a puzzle (we brought) on the game table. The fireplace was super cozy, and we used the heaters in the bedrooms. There were LOTS of cozy/fuzzy blankets neatly folded and tucked away in baskets around the different room. My wife really liked that. We had high hopes to use the hot tub and just didn't get to it, so next time for sure. PLENTY of restaurants nearby, and Michael (host) gave me some great recommendations. Definitely check out Union Grill in Ogden--about 25 minutes away. This is a really neat space. A definite standout GEM. Highly recommended. Thank you to our hosts for providing such a classy/fun space to share.

The place is impeccably clean and well maintained making it feel like a home away from home! The views of the mountains were simply stunning. The location can’t be beat! It was very close to a lot of restaurants and activities which made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay with beautiful scenery and plenty to do nearby!

The house was deluxe and the views were outstanding. Since I was in Eden 10+ years ago, it has grown and there are good restaurants in the area. The landlord was very nice and responsive. I'll be back!

Great location, south facing, with spectacular, unobstructed views. House is modern and well furnished, plenty of space for our family of 5. We had a great time and we hope to be able to come back!

Easy checking in great stay convenient for our family function and large enough to fit all of us! My 4 adult children, grandkids and spouses. It was nice for all of us to be together in one space.

I booked both the main (bigger) unit, and the back (smaller) unit for my friends who came to visit for my wedding! It was absolutely perfect! Everyone loved how whimsical the property was. The owners are very responsive and detailed in their explanations even before I made a reservation. It was clean, and the back unit was perfect for a couple who needed to leave/go to bed early.

Nice clean place with cozy beds and lots of amenities. The pool is a perfect retreat after a long summer day in the Utah heat. Owners were very responsive to questions and truly seem to care. Lots of games and things for kiddos to do at this place.

Beautiful home equipped with everything we needed. Had a few questions and reached out and received an answer in a timely manner. Location was beautiful. Close to everything… food, gas, freeway, etc. Everything was clean and ready for our stay upon arrival. Plenty of space to relax throughout the house.

Beautiful peaceful cabin! You feel like you have a private retreat in the woods. The views after it snows from the bedroom are insane and the hot tub makes it a great place to chill out. Located close to three ski resorts and great local restaurants. Very clean and wonderful place to spend time with family (and the local deer, turkeys and other critters I was unsure about!)

The stay was good, no issues. But after we checked out, they tried to charge us for leftover food like sneaks , dirty towels, and some small items, which I’ve never had issues with in my eight years of using Airbnb. They charge a cleaning fee but still expect us to leave the place super clean, just like at check-in. So my question is: what is the cleaning fee for? Btw cleaning fee was $230 I still will leave five stars because stay was great.

Emily was amazing from the start. Answered all my questions quickly. We had a wonderful time gathering to celebrate my husbands birthday. We had people visiting from all over the world who all loved the space. It was such a cozy environment to relax and visit. Great location, too!

This house is GORGEOUS. The pictures don’t quite capture the scale and beauty — it’s genuinely magnificent. We loved the hot tub and screening room, and the view as well. It would be nice if guests had access to the fireplace, hopefully the hosts will consider allowing that in the future. But either way I highly recommend this house! I would happily rent/stay here again. Highly recommend!!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Eden! The house was stunning, well-designed, and incredibly relaxing. The breathtaking views were the perfect backdrop to unwind and recharge. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a stress-free getaway. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!
