Good pool. Close to beach.

The family met in Tampa for Christmas, and a merry time we had. There was plenty of space for the whole group, while there were also places that one or a few could gather, intimately. The house was well stocked with paper and supplies. Adequate pots, pans , baking dishes, plates, bowls, glassware, etc. The beds were comfortable. The house was overall clean. Communication was GREAT! Yes, yes, yes… we would stay here again, again & again!

Great place to stay everything was well kept and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Great location and views-spacious accommodations

Loved walking to the beach, which was very private. Hung out on the beautiful patio alot. Kitchen was fully stocked like at home, with newer appliances. Cooked several meals! Close to lot's of good restaurants and ice cream. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Would love to stay there again. Thank you Charlie!

Morgan’s home is beautifully decorated, with lots of thoughtful details. The heated pool in particular was a nice treat on a chilly day. Morgan was super communicative and went out of her way to accommodate our toddler. The house was probably the best cleaned AirBnB we’ve ever stayed in. We’ll definitely be back!

A beautiful combination of upscale modern style, relaxation, tranquility and fun in the sun. John has done an amazing job of putting together a home away from home. A fresh fun, but peaceful place to spend time. Time taking in the amazing views from the balcony, or relaxing on the beach or by the pool, watching movies or entertaining guests, 404 has been a joy to stay in. All your needs and accommodations have been thoughtfully accounted for, giving a sense of ease to your stay. To sum it up in on phrase, the stay here at 404 is “TOP NOTCH” and you won’t be disappointed. I stayed at Brent’s kind of last minute and I’m so glad I did. It was so vibrant, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beyond cute! The bnb was probably one of the most well stocked bnb’s I’ve been in. The fridge had an amazing assortment of beverages. There were snacks galore, games, and even an arcade with even more games. Brent was one of the best hosts I’ve ever met! He was so kind, knowledgeable of the area, and so helpful. If you are considering staying at Brent’s, book now. You will not regret it. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

really nice beautiful and peaceful stay. Grill was a super plus, we used it a few times to barbecue and the provided tools and charcoal made it easy to use. host was also accommodating when we asked for extra blankets. overall 100% recommend.

We booked this last minute and the quick and consistent response and communications was awesome. He even helped since we were arriving late get us all set up with no issues. Beautiful view, great little cozy town with lots to do. We are definitely adding to our "return to" list!

Jim and Co-hosts are very friendly. They arranged upon request portacrib and high chair for our son and sent over a technician to fix AC ASAP when needed. View from the terrace was amazing. We saw beautiful sunrises and dolphins swimming at the bay. There is good gym available with plenty of equipment and 2 different swimming pools with sunbeds. Highly recommended hosts and location.

I am not overly picky about where I stay but my stay at Isora's place met my needs. I will rent from her again.

Loved my stay here, Georgette is an amazing host and made me feel right at home. Internet worked great for working from home, comfortable bed, tv in the bedroom, good shower, and awesome being able to use the kitchen. You even get homemade biscotti! Definitely recommend this place!

BnB was perfect! Bery clean, a cleaner comes by daily to clean the common areas and she's very nice and non invasive. My bed frame broke on my 2nd night and Jeffery immediately had it fixed. If I had to nit pick and complain about literally anything, parking was the only problem. its a very small drive way and the street is narrow. but still a 10/10 stay regardless.

Linda’s place is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after taking in all that St Pete has to offer. She provides a great breakfast, the room was cozy and parking is plentiful.
