Our family had the pleasure of staying at Mark's home over the New Year, and it was an unforgettable experience. After a 3.5-hour drive from New York, we arrived at a house that was not only spotlessly clean but also warm, cozy, and perfectly prepared for us. The thoughtful amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our travel plans were delayed when our 12-year-old daughter came down with a cold and fever, which later affected both my husband and me. Despite the last-minute nature of our request to postpone our arrival by two days, Mark graciously accommodated us, showing flexibility and understanding that we greatly appreciated. Our family were able to enjoy a memorable holiday together. The time we spent there brought us closer as a family and made for a truly special New Year’s celebration. We wholeheartedly recommend Mark’s home to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully managed space.

Cozy, clean & easy to access the village by car or by foot. Has all the hospitable charms and essentials for a quiet, comfortable ADK retreat. Appreciated the coffee and tea supplies, books, gas fireplace, full kitchen, parking on site, welcoming wine, and comfortable bed. So much more I could add… come & stay for your own wonderful experience. Kudos kind Breen family… terrific spot!

Katie's house was perfect for a guy's weekend golf trip. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfy. Had all the amenities you would ever need. The house is located in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Great views of the lake across the street. Conveniently located to the Lake George area. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place to stay, and Laney was incredibly responsive. Will definitely be looking at staying again next time!
