Monthly Rentals in Pierce County

This basement studio was a great place to stay for a long term rental (2 months for me). Clean, came exactly as advertised in photos and description. Private parking space away from the street, fenced back yard with a covered patio, and the apartment was spacious. It was great for a single person, and I'd imagine still comfortable for two. Lusine was proactive in letting me know of there were going to be service people/outdoor workers coming by, as well as always giving a heads up if the garage renter (in front of the parking space) was going to stop by. I never even noticed them come by, so it was completely non-intrusive. Being in a lower level, you can hear upstairs renters at times, but nothing out the ordinary for apartment living. The rules and instructions regarding trash, cooking, TV, etc were all easy to understand and follow. I'd recommend this space to anyone who is looking for privacy and comfort for a short or long period.

Such a perfect place to stay for a couple! Absolutely spotless, very comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials - what a beautiful studio apartment. Jennifer was an incredible host, very friendly & quick on communications and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed and then some. Close enough to grocery stores to easily walk & only about 10 mins walk to the fair but not close enough to be disturbed by it at all. I can't recommend this enough and when we visit Puyallup again, this will definitely be the place we'll stay.

We have stayed at several different Airbnb‘s and Judith was by far our favorite… It was so comfortable and felt like home. She had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay everything was, very clean, and her place was thoughtfully decorated and set up to make it easy for guests to get acclimated. Several days before check-in, she provided details about parking, how to check in, where to find things and what to expect. Very proactive communication and very kind. When we go back to the Tacoma area, we will hopefully be staying there every time.

This place is beautiful and extremely cozy. The scenery is gorgeous and it was exactly as described. Unfortunately my parents have some pretty serious specific health issues and needed different accommodations but, this place is incredible and I would definitely recommend this space and Host!
