Eric's place is ver nice and clean. The room is big. It is the same quality as in hotel. The location is also good. It is nearby Macro and quite near Central Department store. I alway have questions, Eric alway reply me quickly. I will be back next time.

Joseph’s place was great. We stayed for about 3 weeks and it was perfect for what we needed. The sunset view from the bed is worth it alone. We were training everyday so having the laundry was needed. The gym upstairs is small but has everything you would need to get a great workout in. The rooftop pool is also very nice. The place is small but perfect for 2 people. We needed a few things fixed during our stay but the maintenance team was great to help and fix it. Overall if you are looking for a great location with great amenities you will love this place.

Great space overall! The process for paying water and electricity was a bit confusing. Note that the air conditioning automatically turns off when you leave with the key card, so you may come back to a warm room if the weather is hot. Other than that, everything was excellent, and communication was smooth!

We stayed in this apartment for three weeks, and would certainly stay more :) The apartment was quiet and cozy, perfect for 2 people. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to relax and spend their best time on Phuket.

Dmitry's condo at The Park Surin was a fantastic stay during our 6 weeks in Surin. The unit is exactly as the photos show, had all the amenities, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The second bathroom was recently renovated and the entire unit was very clean. The location is on a hill (which provides a nice view of Bang Tao beach and the hills of Surin). You can easily walk to Surin beach area with restaurants and shops, but highly recommend renting a scooter as it is a short ride to Bang Tao with another beautiful beach and even more shopping and food options. Communication was a breeze, Dmitry was always responsive and helpful. For example, the renovations were not quite complete when we arrived, so Dmitry put us in the penthouse unit for the first two days at his own cost! The unit was so comfortable that it made it difficult to leave when our trip ended, and we would definitely stay again next time we are in Surin!

Only the furniture was not quite upset in high humidity. Reversible in different places repaired and cabinet doors warped. Make free laundry for that. Cleaning up to 1-2 times a week is included, more is possible on request. Contact very friendly and accommodating

Wonderful apartment near the picturesque Nai Harn beach. free transfer to the beach every 30 minutes from 9.00 to 17.30. On the protected area of the condominium there is 2 swimming pool, gym, parking, cafe. Lots of cozy restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: new comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, etc. Alena is a great and hospitable hostess, instantly answered all questions, helped with car rental. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend!

An inexpensive place with high quality, straightforward communication, early check-in is easy to do, the host had good recommendations nearby. Without Bolt taxi or scooter, it is difficult to do activities. The location is just off the main road and allows easy transportation. Nevertheless, the rooms are quiet and secluded. The view was of the garden. Highly recommend.

Everything was smooth. From checking in to checking out. Plus the security system is great. Thank U Mary & housekeepers for keeping the apartment a great place to stay in. Will definitely recommend to my family & friends. 👍

It was a fantastic trip for a month. You can see the blue sky and the blue sea every day. Beautiful sunsets and the night sky is beautiful. Let me explain the advantages and disadvantages. Downsets: This is not a breakfast box. No washer and dryer (Breakfast, washing machine, and dryer are included) And there are a lot of ants. It may be a little difficult to get around on foot. We need to bring a filter because it comes out a lot of rust. Pros: So friendly staff.. the best!! Especially the Myanmar family who cleans it is so good. You are so kind and kind. And it has a fantastic view. The sea, the sky and the landscape are perfect. The pool is nice and it's so nice to be quiet. We had a really good time in the suite for a month. If we are traveling to Phuket again we would use it.

If you want to avoid Patong this is where you need to settle in, rent a scooter to make your trips efficient otherwise it may be a little complicated in this area, Peaceful Thalang neighborhood, no need to buy water in store all the time there is a drinking and fresh/hot water dispenser in the apartment, corresponding to the photo, air conditioning, comfortable bed, flat screen TV everything is there. Host responsive and available 24/7 if necessary. Thank you.

Johanna has been amazing as a host and has always been responsive and helpful. Her accommodation is as described and is spotless.. It is also very close to the beach and to the gym my son was in. All in all, it's highly recommended and I would book it again soon

Very nice condo area, 3 Pool, lots of greenery, well maintained. The apartment is clean and bright and has everything you need for your stay. Very responsive host, available to help resolve any issues that arise. Of the disadvantages(subjectively): the view from the balcony on the fence is 7-11, the apartment is very small, it's cramped, we constantly hit our feet against the bed and the table. Periodically, there is an air conditioner, a puddle is formed on the balcony. However, there is no mop for cleaning. Upon arrival, only 1 large towel was found, but the host resolved the matter. Part of the closet and kitchen is filled with host's belongings. Overall we loved it and would highly recommend it!

Great stay! Host was really responsive and prompt whenever something would arise. Check in was really easy. She has a great connect to motorbike rental, which made jt easy.

We slept wonderfully (good sturdy beds and were pleasantly surprised by the various offer of restaurants nearby. Our room was also wonderfully quiet but that was also due to the location of our room... Good place for backpackers and digital nomads, plus people passing through.... 2 to 3 days is presumably sufficient for most travelers. Thank you Thailand and Mr. Lupthawit
