Beach condo vacation rentals in Phuket

The best thing about it was the location. Very close to Patong Beach. The master bed room was really really nice. Clean, looks good, private balcony. The unit also has an upstairs terrace which not only was very big but the views of the city from it were amazing. The amenities were also nice with really good views of the city. The cons were the 2nd bedroom had a smell, best to light a candle. It wasn’t a huge deal but worth mentioning if I’m leaving a honest review. The only other con would be that it’s on a steep hill, which doesn’t bother me at all but I guess if I was older or really out of shape it would bother me. Everything else was great. I would stay here again. If I’m in Phuket for fitness or Muay Thai I’ll stay on fitness street. If I’m in Phuket to hit beaches, be in the action, restaurants, explore, party, etc. I’ll stay here again.

Stayed in Mike place for a week and it was perfect for us. Flat and pool were exactly what we wanted and very close to street food, beach and 7-11. Mile was a great host with tons of helpful tips and local recommendations. We got the town into Phuket old town, long boat to freedom beach and wandered into Patong all pretty easily from the flat but I’d recommend Kamala beach for a nice beach a short taxi ride away. Would fully recommend Mikes place!

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

We had an amazing stay at Yana’s beautiful apartment. Around a 15-20 mins walk to Nai Harn beach with so many different eateries, cafes and massages nearby. We will definitely come back to stay if we are in the Rawai area. Thank you so much to Yana and the team at Relife for being so welcoming, helpful and friendly!

Great stay. Area is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Recommend getting the free bikes at the condo, the shopping area is a bit of a hike and the heat will beat you down with bags. Overall wonderful place to enjoy the pools, clean beach, and small shopping area.

Beautiful, clean and new apartment. Comfortable stay. Location is perfect for beach lovers (3mins walk) but far from amenities (shops or supermarket). It’s next to a few fancy hotels, which means good options for restaurant dining but not much else. Host is wonderful- responsive and helpful. The host even got us a brand new baby cot when I requested for one! So thankful. Perfect for a family of 4 ♥️ would stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at Lupthawits property. He is I creditably responsive and always provides a very nice and hospitable stay with local suggestions that aren’t touristy. He has a few properties and both were immaculate. HIGHLY recommended at anytime. Amazing host.

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Apartments are located in a quiet and picturesque location. Far from civilization. So you need to have transport. Well-maintained property, clean pool. We had a very enjoyable time!

A beautiful apartment with compliant photos: it was a pleasure to be housed in this apartment within the Diamond Resort, equipped with a washing machine (this is rarely the case in this complex) and many accessories available, all with a beautiful unobstructed view from the balcony! There was a little quack about my reservation but Natalie was responsive and a solution was found, without Airbnb having to intervene: thank you:) Good thing: both check-in and checkout was flexible (thank you also for that). In short: a place that I recommend, close enough to spend a stay rich in activity, and far enough away to be quiet, if you prefer for example to enjoy the pleasant pool of the complex.

Had an amazing stay at this room for the second time now. I felt at home and had would recommend this room to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rawai.

Nice place away from the noisy part of the city. Abdullah was very helpful. Felt safe. Everything went smooth. Definitely recommend having a scooter. Nice view of the city. If back will stay again.

Nice living experience and nice landlord

The house was so beautiful and with a charming view I and my family enjoyed the space , the staff was very cooperative and friendly. There were positives as adding an extra bed for our pre-order and we were helped to coordinate a home massage. There was one negative and it needed some maintenance in the doors but everything was beautiful and I was happy to stay in this charming house.

Very good location - lots of places in the walking distance: 5 min to Nai Han Beach, 15 min to Ao Sane Beach (great for snorkeling), 10 min to 7/11 and 15-20 min to many restaurants and bars. On the other side of the road there is a lake, it’s a nice view. Check in and check out were very easy. The condo is big, enough space for 8 people. It was nicely furnished and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Nice terrace on the roof to chill in the evening. There was also a small swimming pool but not much space around it to sit, which didn’t bother us at all, since we prefered to go to the nearby beach anyway :) There was air conditioning in every room which worked very well and quiet. Contact with David was perfect, he replied very quickly to all our questions. Overall it’s a great value for money, highly recommended!

Great Airbnb! It was clean and spacious for my group of three. Super close to a lot of great food spots and beach.The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit on the weaker side, but it was manageable. Definitely recommend this as a luxury stay. The staff were all very nice and accommodating, and we felt very safe given the security.
