The host is totally unresponsive, whether in airbnb or on call. He doesn’t answer the call at all. Secondly I face a problem at check in I have to wait but most importantly I face problems while checkout they were asking for electricity bill which I agree that it’s upto the guest but they were asking for 10 baht per unit whereas the official Thai government rate is around 4.18 baht per unit which they the host don’t have any right to charge more than what’s the officials are charging. Every one has an equal rate in that electricity units decided by the respective government. But they we’re just denying to accept it which is totally not acceptable from guests. Otherwise place is superb, private, peaceful, luxurious & excellent. The host is also great but yeah I mentioned what problem I faced.

Staying at Jiravudh’s place was very very good! Comfy house with everyday cleaning (+free water and toilet paper). When friendly stuff came and heard that our AC is working badly (making noise) right the same day AC was changed to a new one. I’d highly recommend this place and host! Thank you 🙏🏼☺️

Friendly staff, cozy cabin, cool pool. If you want to stay long term, you can experience the inconvenience without the kitchen. Not even a microwave, it's stated, but maybe someone didn't pay attention. The renovation was shabby, peeled wallpaper, the shower at the 888 house was just bad. No noise insulation) if you're a light sleeper, then this is not your option. There is no freezer in the refrigerator, not even the ice cream will freeze you, but the refrigerator itself is normal. There is no closet, things will be on the hangers. It's also very uncomfortable to be downstairs. It's not comfortable to sit on a wooden sofa. You won't be able to watch the movie on the TV. The staff is very friendly, cleaning every day is what plus 👍

The bungalow is in a quiet area just off the main road. There are nice restaurants and a convenience store in a walkable distance. The place was very clean and as expected based on the description and photos and Nan and her husband were reliable and responsive in helping with check-in, arranging a time to come and clean and then to checkout. The electricity is charged extra for but it is not too expensive at all if you switch off the ac and lights ect when you are away. I can definitely recommend Nans place if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Rawai.

We stayed at this place for 5 days. We had a great experience. We had to check in early and Lop is really kind to let us get to the room. He is really helpful and always response to our messages. Pool is always very clean and very quiet area where our room is located. There are many restaurants near by with good and healthy food. Easy to find Grab car and also local taxi. The local people in this area are super nice. At our last day, we met many kind local people. Mai Kao area feels like another island, not in Phuket. Not a lot of tourists in this area. Beach is very beautiful. We definitely want to go back to this area again. Thanks so much Khun Lob and all local people for your great hospitality.
