Monthly Rentals in Phru Nai

We really enjoyed our 1 month stay at Mike's apartment. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. A large apartment that has a comfortable bed, very good air cons, ceiling fans, nice kitchen with everything you need, hot water in the shower, large living room with comfortable chairs and a large comfortable couch. The apartment is very clean and somehow there are no bugs at all. The front balcony is really nice. It is shaded, has a ceiling fan, a table with chairs, and a couch. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning. Housekeepers came 3 times a week. Grounds are kept neat and clean. The pool is super nice. All of the complex staff are very nice. The people staying at the complex were also very nice. It was always very quiet there. The complex is on a quiet road on the southern end of Phuket. There is a lot close by but it would be best if you had a car or motorbike. Laundry service across the street and 7/11 is easily walkable. I would highly recommend Mike and his apartment!

I liked the place: it corresponds to the photos, the description. The beach is not far away, the apartment complex is green , well-maintained. The hosts answer questions quickly. But there are a number of notes: in the listing, I would remove the presence of salt, pepper and oil, because they are not available, unless they are left from previous guests, I would also remove the presence of shampoo, because the amount that is there is nothing. I think it is necessary to do it so that there is no excessive expectations for guests. It would be nice to notify the tenants about the presence of a water cooler at the reception, where you can buy drinking water inexpensively. We found out about it by accident( Overall, our vacation went well. Thank you Irina for providing the apartment.

I had an incredible stay at Vasilis' place! He is by far the most attentive host I've ever had. Whenever I needed a favor or had a request, he was always quick to help and genuinely cared about my well-being throughout my stay. The condo itself is perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is also fantastic, with everything conveniently close. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a great experience in Thailand!

prior to arrival Daniela was extremely helpful and responsive. she was clear and organsied with her instructions and very friendly making the check in very easy. the location is a short walk from Central mall yet in a private estate for peace of mind. the building itself is very new and incredibly clean and well maintained. The apartment has everything you need from the kitchen to washing machine , smart tv and 2 aircons. The pool, sauna and gym are awesome and became routine for me. highly recommend this place for a traveller looking for comfort and convenience on their trip 👌🏻
