Monthly Rentals in Phraek Sa Mai

I had a fantastic month-long stay here! Although the condo is a bit far from the BTS stations, there is a convenient free shuttle service to Udom Suk. The shuttle runs every 20–30 minutes, and it takes about 20–30 minutes to reach the BTS station. There's also a bus stop right in front of the condo where you can hop on or off for added convenience. The view from the condo is simply stunning, thanks to its location on an upper floor. I loved cooking my own meals, and the host provided everything needed in the kitchen. Speaking of the host, she was incredibly easy to communicate with and always gave clear and helpful answers to any questions I had. The co-working space was a huge perk, with high-speed internet and a pool table. It was never too crowded, so I was able to work and hold meetings comfortably. There’s also a large pool and gym available to guests, which made my stay even better. Overall, this is one of the best places I’ve stayed—highly recommended!

This apartment was perfect! Excellent wifi for videocalls etc. The location is in a more local area of Bangkok which I wanted and also very near the train station so easy to get about in Bangkok. The apartment has everything you need and Nueng was always on hand if I had any questions. Excellent food options near by too, including a 7/11 downstairs. Very good value for money, I would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Pros: Mei, the host was wonderful and very helpful. The building has nice amenities. There's hardly ever anyone using them. So if you are a remote worker or want to hangout at the rooftop pool you will have the place pretty much to yourself most days. BTS was a quick 3 min walk across the street. Lawsons downstairs to grab last minute things you may need. Also, the next BTS station has a mall that has a nightmarket you can grab a bite to eat. Though its further out, the ride on BTS wasn't bad to get to Asoke, took about 35 mins. The great thing is you're guaranteed a seat since train is pretty empty since its one stop from the end of the line. Inside the unit is comforable for one person & equiped with the basics you will need. Closet space was an added bonus for a studio because it gave much needed storage space and organization. Co -The lining inside comfoter needs to be changed because it doesnt stay in place. - a little road noise because it's facimg a main street.

Very modern condo, cozy apartment, super-fast Internet, well served with transport options - to be repeated!
