House vacation rentals in Phippsburg

Heather’s place was by far the most well maintained and clean Airbnb our family has ever stayed in. She was responsive and kind with all our needs. The pool was conveniently located right across the road and a beautiful place to spend the warmer day. Walking to the OOB trolly, seafood restaurants and the best ice cream place we’ve visited yet. We look forward to making Heather’s place and a trip to the Maine coast an annual family vacation.

every thing was great. I had to get in touch with David when we first arrived and he got back to me immediately. Everybody like it. We will certainly get in touch with David when we come back to Maine. The only thing I would do If I were David is put the house numbers on the mailbox, we were concerned we were going to the right house but really no problem

Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

Angela’s place is great! It’s very conveniently located by the highway, great restaurants, bars, breweries and shopping . The house itself is gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos. I really appreciated the care Angela puts into the place. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our two pups. I highly recommend a stay at Angela’s!

This was our second stay at Craig's place. It is a perfect home for our two families which include a 2, 4, and 14 year olds. there is plenty of space and the pool area and indoor basketball gym are such an amazing treat! We were happily surprised to find a new mini split in the large game room which cooled the whole downstairs.

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

Steve and Jen were very responsive, what you see in their listing is exactly what you get, the house was very tidy, and a great location! Again, thank you both for a great place to stay.

We had stayed here two years ago, and the place looked every bit as pristine, fresh and new as it was then. So much space with the large living/dining/kitchen area and the three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, even though it looks so tiny from the outside! Gretchen and Mark were so helpful and available. When the weather gods decided to dump 5 inches of heavy wet (and completely unpredicted) snow on us, they message us to be sure we were OK and didn’t need to go out again that evening, and they were there clearing the driveway and the front steps just as we were getting up the next morning. We just love the property and the views.

Lovely place to stay for a beach vacation, and unusually well-equipped with everything you need for the beach - towels, wagon, toys, chairs, umbrella. Would for sure stay there again! The hosts are close by and super-responsive.

Great spot with a lot of space you never feel like you are on top of each other. Gas station and restaurants within a 1 min drive. Grocery store 5 min drive.

Jerry's house was a great location with terrific views. The house was tastefully decorated and immaculate. A perfect Maine getaway that we cannot wait to go back to in the future.

Loved the layout of the house. Great kitchen and master bedroom. Master bath a little cramped. Enjoyed the view and outdoor seating.

Rob and Nate’s place is excellent. We had a great stay. Rob and Nate are very communicative and provide clear instructions - we also appreciated the recommendations in their house manual. The apartment itself is very nice and looks as the photos show, and the backyard/garden was even nicer than pictured. We had a great stay and recommend it to all.

John We absolutely love your space. It was a five star experience for sure we would love to come back. The location was perfect and the amount of room was great for a family. Kelsey’s place was perfect for our family of four visiting Falmouth. Great location, clean, and cozy. Friendly and clear communication. Awesome all around.

This is an amazing property with a very cool house. Check-in was easy, Tyler is a very responsive host, and we were able to find everything we needed and wanted. We especially enjoyed the wood-fired sauna during sunrise, and the fire pit in the evenings.

The house was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing with great views. The marina with fresh seafood within walking distance was icing on the cake.

My friends and I traveled to Portland, ME for a book club trip and we were so lucky to have found Marie’s house. We had an incredible stay at her peaceful home. The location was serene, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house was spotless, well-maintained and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Marie was a wonderful host, she was very attentive, left detailed instructions and recommendations. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Randy’s house. The setting was private and peaceful but a short drive to everything you need. The house was beautifully decorated with lots of amenities. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the large kitchen. We had a couple of questions and Randy was quick to respond. Overall a fabulous stay! We will definitely return.

Clean, bright, beautifully appointed home. Host was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. This unit is in a quieter Portland neighborhood. There are a dozen great shops and restaurants within a few blocks, but it won't get loud at night the way some areas can. Bedrooms are on the third floor, and the soundproofing is excellent.

We had an excellent stay at Mariella’s place. The cleanliness stood out to us and was much appreciated. Mariella was very accommodating and there for any questions or concerns. We felt right at home. Her home was in great location of a neighborhood for comfort and privacy while also be very convenient and a short ride to downtown Portland. I would recommend her home.
