every thing was great. I had to get in touch with David when we first arrived and he got back to me immediately. Everybody like it. We will certainly get in touch with David when we come back to Maine. The only thing I would do If I were David is put the house numbers on the mailbox, we were concerned we were going to the right house but really no problem

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Great place to stay in Old Orchard Beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Jason was a great host as well! highly recommend staying at this cute house. I would definitely want to go back here and stay!

Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

Perfect place for a group or big family! Was much larger than expected, very private, and had so many cute touches and details that made our stay unforgettable. I could not recommend this place enough!

Thank you for such a beautiful, clean, extremely well stocked home. Our stay was very comfortable, with extra blankets for cozy evenings on the couch, huge dining table would easily fit 8, plenty of towels. This house had everything you would need and many extra touches. If you needed scissors, they had a pair, tape, chip clip, serving dishes, games, many streaming channels, dish soap, laundry detergent. The house was a perfect fit for our family. We initially chose the house for the location, such close proximity to everything, and once we arrived we discovered it offered so much more. We would love to stay again. Thank you

This was our second stay at Craig's place. It is a perfect home for our two families which include a 2, 4, and 14 year olds. there is plenty of space and the pool area and indoor basketball gym are such an amazing treat! We were happily surprised to find a new mini split in the large game room which cooled the whole downstairs.

The hosts were very prompt in communicating. The thoughtfulness they have put into furnishing the property is amazing. It has a very vintage nautical feeling to it. The house is extremely well appointed. We didn’t have any problems at all. The surroundings are off the beaten path which we especially appreciated. It’s a short 10 minute drive to Damariscotta Downtown. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely place to stay for a beach vacation, and unusually well-equipped with everything you need for the beach - towels, wagon, toys, chairs, umbrella. Would for sure stay there again! The hosts are close by and super-responsive.

Jerry's house was a great location with terrific views. The house was tastefully decorated and immaculate. A perfect Maine getaway that we cannot wait to go back to in the future.

Loved the layout of the house. Great kitchen and master bedroom. Master bath a little cramped. Enjoyed the view and outdoor seating.

Only stayed for one night but it was beautiful very inviting. Cozy with the fireplace and gorgeous Christmas tree. We arrived in the dark so it was wonderful to wake up to the amazing view from the house. Scott was a great host. Will definitely be back

Rob and Nate’s place is excellent. We had a great stay. Rob and Nate are very communicative and provide clear instructions - we also appreciated the recommendations in their house manual. The apartment itself is very nice and looks as the photos show, and the backyard/garden was even nicer than pictured. We had a great stay and recommend it to all.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

This is an amazing property with a very cool house. Check-in was easy, Tyler is a very responsive host, and we were able to find everything we needed and wanted. We especially enjoyed the wood-fired sauna during sunrise, and the fire pit in the evenings.

This was such a wonderful property for my family -- beautiful and peaceful with lovely views. We loved spending our days out in the spacious yard, playing lawn games, sitting around the fire pit, and fishing, and eating all our meals out on the patio. My friends and I traveled to Portland, ME for a book club trip and we were so lucky to have found Marie’s house. We had an incredible stay at her peaceful home. The location was serene, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house was spotless, well-maintained and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Marie was a wonderful host, she was very attentive, left detailed instructions and recommendations. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway!

Michael’s place was absolutely great! Very clean, organized and comfortable! Myself and some coworkers stayed here for about a month and he was very accommodating, responsive and friendly! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Randy’s place is wonderful , very comfortable for 3 couples. Plenty of space to spread out , great open kitchen , second living room with wood burning fireplace and really comfy beds! Love the radiant heat especially in the bathroom!

This is our second time staying at Lisa’s with our pups! We love Lisa’s place, and love the Rockport/Rockland area! The house is only a few minutes away from shops, restaurants, and hiking spots! Lisa’s place is fully stocked with everything needed! Super comfortable beds! The house and linens were all sparking clean! Love the back porch, and so do our 2 dogs! Pet dishes provided too! A very pet friendly place too! We feel right at home! Very highly recommended!
