House vacation rentals in Phippsburg

Heather’s place was by far the most well maintained and clean Airbnb our family has ever stayed in. She was responsive and kind with all our needs. The pool was conveniently located right across the road and a beautiful place to spend the warmer day. Walking to the OOB trolly, seafood restaurants and the best ice cream place we’ve visited yet. We look forward to making Heather’s place and a trip to the Maine coast an annual family vacation.

every thing was great. I had to get in touch with David when we first arrived and he got back to me immediately. Everybody like it. We will certainly get in touch with David when we come back to Maine. The only thing I would do If I were David is put the house numbers on the mailbox, we were concerned we were going to the right house but really no problem

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

It was exactly as the pictures on the website. I reached out to Linda prior to leaving. She was very responsive answered all my questions. Great memories made with the family this week. Would definitely come back again. The ease of getting in and out of old Orchard Beach was great. Was only a 3-4 min drive to the beach. The pool there was a huge hit with the grandkids as the ocean in Maine is never really that warm.

This was our second stay at Craig's place. It is a perfect home for our two families which include a 2, 4, and 14 year olds. there is plenty of space and the pool area and indoor basketball gym are such an amazing treat! We were happily surprised to find a new mini split in the large game room which cooled the whole downstairs.

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

The hosts were very prompt in communicating. The thoughtfulness they have put into furnishing the property is amazing. It has a very vintage nautical feeling to it. The house is extremely well appointed. We didn’t have any problems at all. The surroundings are off the beaten path which we especially appreciated. It’s a short 10 minute drive to Damariscotta Downtown. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely place to stay for a beach vacation, and unusually well-equipped with everything you need for the beach - towels, wagon, toys, chairs, umbrella. Would for sure stay there again! The hosts are close by and super-responsive.

We had a nice, quick Thanksgiving stay. Kimberly’s place was beautiful and comfortable.

Great spot with a lot of space you never feel like you are on top of each other. Gas station and restaurants within a 1 min drive. Grocery store 5 min drive.

Jerry's house was a great location with terrific views. The house was tastefully decorated and immaculate. A perfect Maine getaway that we cannot wait to go back to in the future.

Loved the layout of the house. Great kitchen and master bedroom. Master bath a little cramped. Enjoyed the view and outdoor seating.

Found this home because we needed a place with EV charging, but super glad we landed here! Wonderful home in a wonderful location (and it has 2 EVSEs!). I like the 1 bedroom strategy…that makes a ton of sense for providing access to a home when full utilization is not needed. The superbowl on a 85 inch TV with a Sonos arc system was fantastic!

Rob and Nate’s place is excellent. We had a great stay. Rob and Nate are very communicative and provide clear instructions - we also appreciated the recommendations in their house manual. The apartment itself is very nice and looks as the photos show, and the backyard/garden was even nicer than pictured. We had a great stay and recommend it to all.

This was such a wonderful property for my family -- beautiful and peaceful with lovely views. We loved spending our days out in the spacious yard, playing lawn games, sitting around the fire pit, and fishing, and eating all our meals out on the patio. Everyone left feeling very relaxed and happy. Thank you Pam and David for sharing your home!

The house was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing with great views. The marina with fresh seafood within walking distance was icing on the cake.

My friends and I traveled to Portland, ME for a book club trip and we were so lucky to have found Marie’s house. We had an incredible stay at her peaceful home. The location was serene, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house was spotless, well-maintained and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Marie was a wonderful host, she was very attentive, left detailed instructions and recommendations. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway!

Great spot for a large group. Short distance to downtown.

Organized a wonderful winter girls getaway in Maine and this was the perfect spot! It looked just like the photos - beautiful, stylish and clean. The place was easy to find and private, with still other houses near by. We were looking for peace and quiet and found it - loved the dual living rooms with plenty of couch space to spread out of our books and crafts. One guest - who is a professional chef - was very impressed with the kitchen and everyone raved about the comfort of the beds. It wasn’t a problem for us, but there are stairs up to the main living space from the outside entrance way - just in case other guests have mobility concerns. I will definitely rent again!

The house accommodated us easily. We were all comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped.

Clean, bright, beautifully appointed home. Host was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. This unit is in a quieter Portland neighborhood. There are a dozen great shops and restaurants within a few blocks, but it won't get loud at night the way some areas can. Bedrooms are on the third floor, and the soundproofing is excellent.
