My family and I loved our stay. Lovely, clean home in the perfect location. Children (and the adults) loved being able to walk to the beach and back whenever they wanted. Would absolutely recommend this airbnb to all of our friends and family.

Stacey's place was just as described and very close to the beach. We also spent time in both Saco and Biddeford. It was a great visit!

This was such a cozy place for a winter weekend getaway. The hot tub with an amazing view was definitely a highlight. We hope to come back again soon!

The house is very well located on the beach and allows admiring the sea from inside and on the patios. The beach is quiet and water very clean in front of the house. It was perfect for our family. We highly recommend.

This was our 4th year staying at Sandy Cove to celebrate Christmas with our entire family. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate overnight stays. We love the 2 dining room tables and refrigerators. We had a small issue with a clog in the kitchen sink. I reached out to Mike and he sent someone over to fix it within a few hours. We hope to stay again next year!

The beach house has a fantastic location across a street from the beach and a 10-minute walk to Dock Square. It's quite a large house with a three levels, finished basement, dual living rooms (one with a bar), and large front porch plus plenty of parking. The house is nicely upgraded and looks even better than the pictures. We'll definitely be returning. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Heather’s place was by far the most well maintained and clean Airbnb our family has ever stayed in. She was responsive and kind with all our needs. The pool was conveniently located right across the road and a beautiful place to spend the warmer day. Walking to the OOB trolly, seafood restaurants and the best ice cream place we’ve visited yet. We look forward to making Heather’s place and a trip to the Maine coast an annual family vacation.

Beautiful little neighborhood! Loved the front porch to sit and drink coffee. Beds were comfortable. It was clean and very accurate descriptions. Close to highway to go to all the attractions.

We used this place and extra sleeping space for our large group. Good location and worked for our family.

You’ll be on cloud 9 when you stay at The Flying Cloud! Jay’s place is an awesome property perfect for large gatherings of family & friends for a relaxing getaway. Most bedrooms are spacious with huge beds, lots of bathrooms for privacy, the kitchen is well suited for entertaining, and the dining room table was absolutely central to our stay. We spent so much time there between our big group dinners and board game nights. However, the hot tub was the real highlight of the weekend! Jay was very responsive and proactive with messages to help us get settled in, and made sure we were okay with access throughout the weekend due to a few nights of snow. We will definitely be back!

It was exactly as the pictures on the website. I reached out to Linda prior to leaving. She was very responsive answered all my questions. Great memories made with the family this week. Would definitely come back again. The ease of getting in and out of old Orchard Beach was great. Was only a 3-4 min drive to the beach. The pool there was a huge hit with the grandkids as the ocean in Maine is never really that warm.

Amanda, thank you for a great stay! The house was spotless, the mattresses were firm and comfy, there were plenty of towels and pillows, and the house’s decor cool and soothing. Close to the beach, very close to a (residents & guests only) inground pool, close to yummy seafood, and plenty of parking next to the house. We loved staying here and would stay again in a heartbeat. The only thing I would add is a couple of chairs to sit around the fire pit on the back deck. Beautiful home in the heart of old orchard!!! The space was peaceful and quiet! Super close to the beach while not too close to any noisy streets. The home itself is perfect for a little weekend getaway for two! Plenty of parking and easy to find even at night! Overall a great experience would definitely stay again!

Awesome place! If you've always wanted to stay in a 5-star AirBnB, this is it. Spotlessly clean, great surroundings, private and very welcoming. Everything was perfect, in great condition and exactly like the listing. We don't give out 5-star ratings very often so you can bet this one is genuine. Very highly recommended.

The place was super clean and an easy walk to the pier/downtown OOB. Across the street is quick beach access and a breakfast cafe that was fast; had good food and prices. Sarem responded quickly to any questions we had. Parking is narrow but we fit 3 compact cars nose to tail. If you don’t bring your own pillow, the beds already have 4 pillows with shams on them. If you have other needs reach out to Sarem and she’ll be happy to help! I definitely look forwards to booking again for a girls weekend!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Peter and Jennifer's house in Kennebunk. The location is a very short drive to downtown Kennebunkport, and we also really enjoyed walking around the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge, the Madelyn Marx Preserve, and Parson's Beach - all close by! The house was immaculately clean and very spacious, and the older members of our family appreciated that it was all one level with no stairs. The sun room looking out on the lovely backyard and woods was especially popular. And because the house sits at the end of a one-way street, and at a distance from the neighboring houses, it felt very quiet and private.

The house was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing with great views. The marina with fresh seafood within walking distance was icing on the cake.

We loved our family stay at this beautiful cottage! The view out those huge windows is beyond incredible! We loved walking the neighborhood because the homes and their gardens were all stunning. The cottage was super comfortable, clean and well stocked! We enjoyed many of Holly’s recommendations with dining, shops, beaches, hikes, and all greatly added to our memories of this trip. Thank you for the firewood! We enjoyed sitting out there, bird watching and watching the tide come in. It is rare days I get to have my family together so this trip meant a lot to me and this beautiful place made it unforgettable for us! That VIEW!!! Thank you, Holly!

We’ve been going to Boothbay almost every summer for more than 30 years and have stayed in many different rentals over that time. Of all those places, Dan’s is one of the very best, definitely in the top two or three. The best things about it include, first, the location. It’s just a few minutes from town and all the places to shop and eat, but it’s also in a very quiet secluded spot near Linekin Bay. A big plus is its closeness to a beautiful little private beach with swimming, kayaking, picnic tables, a dock, and tidepools for exploring. Second, the house itself is great: very spacious common areas; a big, beautiful and well-equipped kitchen — my wife said it was “unbelievable;” three modern bathrooms (although none with a tub and only one with a shower — the one minus we noted); very comfortable beds; excellent lights for reading at night, and a huge screened porch with lots of seating. Third, Dan was truly an excellent host: he always responded quickly, graciously, and effectively
