. We stayed a total of 32 days in this property in Mar/April 25. Our main activities were hiking, gyming and enjoying the local food. 2. On our arrival, the host waited for us till about 10 pm for us to check in and gave us a quick run through. She is also patient and kind whenever we have questions. 3. The room is extremely clean, quiet and well equipped. The price is reasonable. 4. Fortunately a laundromat is available within 5-minute walk down the street. Wide choice of eateries are also within 5-10 minute walk. A local gym is within 15 minutes. 5. Distance to the railway or bus station is about 20-minute walk or a short 120-Ntd taxi ride. Acces to the various hiking trails are also quite convenient. 6. The biggest challenge is mosquitoes almost everywhere. So do wear appropriate clothing and use repellent. Overall we strongly recommend this property for your stay.

Paradise

Thank you ever so much for attending to my troubles and concerns. Although there were questions every now and then, the unit made me feel like I truly have my own personal space. As my first renting experience, I will always be grateful for this opportunity. I have to move out earlier due to work-related and cost matters but this place is the best find I had seen in Mandaluyong. I even pictured myself celebrating the holiday season. Thank you once again for giving me a chance to find myself. Cheers!

Lovely stay in Burgos, unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best during our trip which meant we couldn’t really make use of being in the area. It’s a friendly neighbourhood with a lack of restaurants and bars so if you are looking for that sort of thing then General Luna is for you, if you want to spend some time scootering around the north of siargao or surfing then Loa stay is the ideal place to stay, the accommodation itself was locally ran but any questions I had were answered and mark and his team were just a text away. He sorted me out pick up from general Luna and then to the airport for a good price. Thanks for a lovely stay
