Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Petrčane

The apartment is fully equipped, with lots of love for detail. The hosts are super helpful and give good tips for possible excursion destinations and activities. We were able to ask the hosts a lot before the trip, e.g. if there is a washing machine, what kind of coffee machine there is and otherwise they were always open to any questions. For families with children (even small children), the island of Preko and Pashman is great, as there are some sandy beaches (e.g. Nevidane), shopping and restaurants are everywhere. Should you use a rental car - as small as possible, as there are very narrow streets in the villages. Also Zadar is worth a little trip walking distance, the old town offers something for everyone.

Vlaho's apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, including an ample supply of beautiful plates, cutlery, plenty of spatulas, a colander, pans, saucepans, coffee pods, an espresso machine, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Small essentials like shampoo, lotion, and cotton pads were also thoughtfully provided. The apartment is located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, with a small supermarket just a 3-minute walk away. The bus station is 15 minutes on foot, and the Old Town is a 25-30 minute walk or a quick taxi ride, costing around 6 euros via Uber. Vlaho was incredibly friendly throughout our stay and gave us an extensive list of restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. We had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Our stay at Goran and Nikolina's place was great. The place absolutely met our expectations, was very modern and absolutely clean. The garden with hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Communication with the two was totally straightforward, they were very helpful and always available. If we should be back in the area, we will be happy to come back! House with climate - spacious two bedrooms, large kitchen equipped with everything you need, very helpful host

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Modern and spacious apartment on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a complete kitchen, internet, air conditioning, a full bathroom, a washing machine, and a spacious bedroom. The apartment is ideally located. Sanja is an attentive and flexible hostess.

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

What a find! Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 3.30am. Our host Marijana was up and waiting for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Toni also took us to the supermarket the next day. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment/villa was big and spotless. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Lovely big shower. Towels provided for both shower and beach towels. We stayed on the ground floor - huge patio and a few steps to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. It is open from 9am to 10pm. Lovely and warm and the furniture around the pool was really comfortable. We didn’t hire a car. It is about 30 minutes walk into Zadar Centre but only 5 € in an Uber. We loved Zadar but the accommodation is what made the holiday so fantastic. You rarely find hosts as lovely as Mirjana and Toni. Always on hand and they even made us a lovely breakfast on our last day. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Excellent, really great host and property

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Our stay at Martina's place was great. We were three young girls and had everything we needed in the apartment. The central location is not only closed. Shopping great but also for the beach, the old town and going to celebrate. We thoroughly enjoyed being there
