Monthly Rentals in Petersham

Allan is a great host with quick responses to my questions. His place is very nice and clean and very convenient next to St Peter’s Train station with connections to anywhere to go in Sydney. Even though we had a rental car, we used the convenient trains to go around except to Blue Mountain and see some of our friends in the suburbs. Allan’s place is next to a convenient store and walkable to lots of nice restaurants on Kings Street. I highly recommend Allan’s place and we would rent it again if we ever make our next trip from USA to Sydney.

Great unit, exactly as shown. Came with all kinds of extra groceries, treats, and supplies, far beyond what I’ve seen in any other Airbnb. During check in Rodney was super helpful and did a detailed and guided walk through of everything. Only downside is it is under the flight path for Sydney airport depending on the day, so you will hear aircraft during the day. But Rodney was very clear about this at check in. Overall, I’d recommend the unit and would be back for sure!

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to Sydney with Petersham station up the road. Deborah’s help and instruction were easy to follow and perfect coffee shop right next door!

Great cute little studio! Everything you need for two people. Colleen was really helpful with her communication and we had an enjoyable stay. Very easy to access. Location is very close to a shopping centre 4 mins. Also a short walk for buses. It’s a longer walk for the train but not too far. There’s only a microwave to cook anything. But we made do.
