patricia always responsive and friendly . met us on arrival and explained everything about the lodge. kindly left us essentials such as milk, eggs, milk, butter and tea bags. felt home from home. slept so well in the comfortable beds restaurant and bar on site and people made You feel welcome. very central for local places of interest the site is very peaceful and quiet. ideal for a getaway certainly would highly recommend and hope to visit sometime in the future

We stayed at Diana's accomodation for 3 nights while working at Christs College. The property is clean and homely with plenty of space with two spacious bedrooms with double beds, a well equipped kitchen and a surprisingly big back yard too! The offroad parking was an absolute win as we had a lot of kit to take back and forth each day, so loading and unloading was a breeze. The area itself is quiet, but only a short drive into the city centre. We didn't take any public transport due to the nature of our visit, but i imagine getting into the centre without a vehicle is convenient too. It was the perfect spot to wind down and relax after hectic days working! I'll be returning at some point with my family for a more recreactional visit and a proper wander around Cambridge. We had an overnight stay at Fiona’s lovely home. Her house was well appointed and very comfortable. Had all amenities and great kitchen for us to share a meal with our group. Definitely recommend!!

We spent nearly two weeks as we were visiting family. Oakham is a lovely village and very central for exploring the Midlands. Jenni’s place was perfect for our stay as we had a car. Given it wasn’t in the centre of Oakham, it was more affordable and in a lovely neighbourhood. The house itself was decorated with character and had everything we needed for my three teenagers and they were particularly excited by the PlayStation. The enclosed verandah/conservatory was a lovely place to sit and looks into the lovely garden. We cooked many meals in and the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking and a lovely big dining table in the conservatory. Jenni and her manager Olly were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend at The Old Dairy as a group of 5 friends. It’s absolutely gorgeous and somehow even better than the pictures! Very large and spacious but still very homely. It’s been beautifully decorated and everything has been finished to a very high standard. We felt right at home as soon as we entered. Miranda is an amazing host and has thought of every little detail. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and was perfect for cooking a Christmas dinner. The Old Dairy is well stocked with all amenities so we needn’t worry had we forgotten anything. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful and it was lovely to watch the horses being ridden from the garden. Miranda was so friendly and always quick to respond, going above and beyond to offer us anything we may need. It was the perfect place for our group to celebrate Christmas together! I wouldn’t hesitate to book The Old Dairy again. The most amazing air bnb I have ever stayed in with the best host! Thank you!

The property is beautifully maintained, it was a cozy and memorable stay. Susan’s warm hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Can’t wait to return.

As a group of 8 (mature) friends, we had a fabulous stay. The cottage was clean, well equipped and very comfortable and we loved the little touches added by the host (eg milk in fridge, etc). It was absolutely as described and the only oddity was that the kitchen tap provided merely the tiniest trickle of hot water. We simply took the washing up bowl to the beautiful downstairs shower-room to meet our occasional need for, and was not much of an issue for us, due to the dishwasher. We also loved the open fire with the wood and kindling etc supplied, but you may need to contact the host or bring your own if you plan on cosying up for more than one night’s worth of log-burn. The above are very minor observations and I would consider the advertised listing an entirely fair representation of this property.

A wonderfully comfortable and warm spacious place to stay.

James’s place is in a quiet residential area, but walkable - about 4 minutes to the closest grocery store, 25 minutes to Jesus Green, and 35 minutes to central Cambridge. The place is very clean, James was easy to communicate with, and we very much appreciated the provided items for breakfast - a great extra treat!

Lovely weekend in the Grapevine Studio, which is located a short drive from the centre of Cambridge. The Studio was beautifully furnished and very well equipped with Christine having thought of every last detail. Christine was lovely - so friendly, funny and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely loved our stay at the Treetops. Easy to locate, just followed the instructions and looked at the location on the map, rather than relying on the postcode. Communication with Margaret was excellent and was there to welcome us and showed us up to the flat to explain a few things. Flat was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need e.g tea/coffee, salt and pepper etc also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The gardens are gorgeous, me and my 4 year old loved exploring them. Although basically on the A17, we weren’t disturbed by any traffic noise. Close by to the village of Heckington, we visited the windmill And had lovely fish and chips from Ruby’s Plaice. We also visited Sleaford as there was a great park there. We had some pizza from The Little Italy Co in Sleaford, it was amazing. All in all a great little base if you’re wanting to travel around Lincolnshire 👍🏼

My husband and I needed a place to stay for 6 weeks in Cambridge, and Emma's flat was perfect. It was clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, fast internet (for those needing to work from home like we did) and superbly located, being a 25 minute walk from the Cambridge central (with a bus stop near by). Emma communicated extremely efficiently and was really helpful when it came to needing her assistance with apartment related issues, such as not knowing how to turn on the heater or suggesting places to go. Our heater didn't work for the first couple of days and Emma graciously reimbursed us for those days and immediately catered to the issue. Overall, I highly recommend her place for short or long stays, it was really pleasant and seamless.

really great stay. well stocked room, comfy bed, nice private bathroom and area in home. really appreciated all the extra touches like games, breakfast bar, shampoo and conditioner, etc. home was clean and quiet, would highly recommend.

I’ve stayed with Ian several times, it’s always the same, a perfect base for me to visit family and then a peaceful night.

We had a very comfortable stay with Miranda. She was most welcoming and the house felt like a lovely family home. We were so comfortable and thoroughly looked after. A bonus was a continental breakfast too in a lovely breakfast room. We would certainly recommend this Air BnB to anyone who wants to be in the town of Stamford, within walking distance of amenities, and wish Miranda and her husband well in the future. We hope to stay there again when we visit Stamford. It was certainly quite a gem. From the price we paid she can certainly be making no profit and when I approached her with regard to this she said she did it because it's nice to make friends and entertain people. That just about sums up this delightful couple.

Fiona’s place was honestly a home away from home. I was going through a difficult time when I stayed there because I was visiting a loved one in the hospital nearby. Fiona was super welcoming & when she found out the reason for my visit, she offered me a cup of tea & sat with me for a bit - I felt like I was visiting a family friend rather than staying in a bnb. Her dog, Gilbert, was also incredibly cute & fluffy. I would highly recommend!

Clean, warm, very comfortable bed and great shower. Loved the private outdoor space. Really appreciated the prompt communication and easy check-in. Kevin was also extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a lot of bad luck with our car on our arrival in london which unfortunately forced us to change our plans. Throughout this process, I was in close contact with Joanna to keep her informed. She always replied very quickly and very understanding. We are extremely sorry that we could not make our trip to Joanna because she was so sweet and understanding. We will definitely plan another trip to stay there and thank Joanna for her quick responses and understanding.
