Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Perugia

Beautifully space and host. Thank you Stefania for making our stay extra special with your attentive care! Highly recommend for long stays or short and anyone working remotely. Close to Assisi, Perugia which were the highlight of our trip.

Spacious home in a peaceful area. Very clean. It had everything we needed. Maria and her daughter were very quick to respond. The dishwasher didn’t work during our visit and she came right over to see what could be done.

Amazing stay, would highly recommend

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Among the ancient smells and colors of a fortress, Maria Letizia cheered us up with a comfort zone, in an apartment enlivened by technology... Friendly and cheerful, she knows how to give space and ease to her guests, thanks

Stunning house located at quite place with great view. Floriana is a warm hearted lady who has helped us a lot. Everything there was just perfect,can’t wait to come back again in the near future.

The villa on the mountain with breathtaking views is great for relaxing. You can enjoy the peace and relax. The cool and beautiful pool is ideal on hot summer days. Since the large property is completely fenced, it is also perfect for dog owners. We can definitely recommend Leonardo and the place.

Andrea is a great host. The stay was amaizing and the support received from Andrea during stay was priceless. The place is wonderfull with great view and outstanding privacy. I will recommend Andrea as a host and his place as great choice for holidays.

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

An incredible view and beautiful space to spend with family and friends. Everything was spotless and in great condition. Quick 5 min drive into a walled Tuscan town with multiple grocery stores. Bring your own spices/oil and kitchen supplies as the kitchen had none.

Me and my friends had an amazing week. Great house, pool and many other thinks. Can highly recommend to try the pizza-stone oven. Our highlight was the amazing view over the surrounding area.

Nicolina truly received me and explained everything to me. The house has everything you need. Very quiet location with a magnificent view! If you are looking for hustle and bustle, it's wrong ;-) The property is completely fenced, so highly recommended even with a dog. Supermarket is about 5 minutes away by car, restaurants 3 minutes by car. A really beautiful spot on earth!

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

For anyone looking for an oasis in the middle of greenery, Battista's Chalet is the one for them. The area is surrounded by greenery, with hiking trails both on foot and by car to explore the area. The area is quiet, exactly as my partner and I hoped it was, considering we were hoping to get away from the chaos of the city in view of New Year's Eve with our dog. For those who have a furry phobic like ours, it's the ideal home. A few shots could come from the hunters, but nothing compared to what happens in Rome during the holiday period. Matteo is a very attentive host, very proactive and who always takes care of his guests. The conversation is pleasant and the information it gives is very useful: I recommend trying all the restaurants you will offer, they are great. If what you're looking for is green, peace, and seclusion, with all the comforts of a city about a ten-minute drive, this is the right place to stay.

I spent two days in this house with my two little dogs and we had a great time! The house was cozy, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We also had the pleasure of relaxing in the jacuzzi with the heating, a real touch of relaxation! A special thank you to Andrea, a very kind and helpful person, with whom we had the pleasure of having a nice chat. I'll definitely be back because the experience was great for me and my little dogs. I highly recommend this house to those looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!
