Il Poderone is a typical 19th-century Umbrian farmhouse built in local lake stone, renovated in keeping with the original spirit by the owner, Giuseppina, who lives in one of the apartments. The other apartments of the house are dedicated to guests, all equipped with kitchen/living room, bedrooms, and bathroom. It is located 50 meters from the beaches and 500 meters from the village of S. Feliciano, in a strategic position for visiting the most beautiful centers of Tuscany and Umbria.

Le Ciliegie: wonderful-silent open space in the hills. With swimming pool

Le Ciliegie is an open space on two levels, with direct access from the garden. On the ground floor, there is the living area, equipped with a sofa bed with two single beds and a kitchen with a dishwasher. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, guests can enjoy a reserved table in the garden, a pool with a solarium, and two barbecues. Agriturismo Montelovesco is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in Umbria.

Ideal for people who desire a "slow holiday", to relax and day dream in an green area and listen to the sounds of the woods and admire the stars at night. As you can see Foresteria is a big "Casale" a lodge in a huge property. There are 3 homes I rent in 740 acres of forests, fields, olive fields. Difficult to describe. In between Rome and Florence, Umbria and Tuscany. Foresteria 3 is a very nice apartment, in Foresteria, for 5 persons.

The apartment has a breathtaking view of the Trasimeno, it was renovated in 2015 and is the house where we lived, so it is well furnished and cared for with love. It is located in a two-family house and is surrounded by olive trees with fields and roads for walking and cycling nearby. It is advisable to come by car. Families with children are welcome!

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.
