description of guest house was as described, plus being super clean. Bathroom and kitchen was recently renovated and modern. Jean and Peter are lovely hosts, friendly, responsive and helpful. Accomodation is excellent value.

I really recommend it. It's close to the airport so when you arrive late at night, it's very convenient. It's easy to get to the center of Perth by transport. The house is super nice to live in and it's clean and tidy. There is a cleaning lady coming in. Ithas everything you need to cook or wash clothes. The neighborhood is quiet. Our host is really nice and very responsive. If needed she will always try to find you a solution quickly:) we enjoyed being here. I recommend it +++
