Monthly Rentals in Perry

The place was very close to town, but far enough that you had privacy. The stairs were very steep and narrow to the 2nd floor so if you struggle with mobility I would not recommend the place. I had no issues climbing the stairs and I'm in my 40's. The bedrooms were clean and the beds comfy. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and had complimentary coffee. The hot water heater worked great and made for warm showers. I really enjoyed my time here and would stay again!

Easy to get to, close to the park and down town, very cute and cozy! Was perfect for my son and I visiting family here! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. It was a bit tricky to find the first time at night, but once we got there, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
