Monthly Rentals in Perpignan

A very nice accommodation, very comfortable, quiet, a large bathroom with washing machine and dryer, nature right in front of the front door, a small terrace with barbecue, actually very attractive.

We had a great time and Caty made everything very easy.

We had a lot of pleasure to have rented this apartment, it is not big (which perfectly matches the description and photos provided by the hosts) but well equipped and well located (very close to the train station and the city center and at the same time in a quiet courtyard). We were also very satisfied with the cleanliness of the space. And I enjoyed the interior - very nice, without unnecessary elements:) And the owners are really very welcoming and caring 😊

We had a wonderful stay in Linda's apartment.The apartment is modern, very clean, and well-equipped. It exudes a very positive energy thanks to the owner's attention to detail. We appreciated that Linda thought of everything and that we found everything we needed during our extended stay. It is located on a very quiet street, yet a short walk to all of downtown Perpignan, 15 min walk from the train station, and a short drive from the beaches. The balcony with a picturesque view of the cathedral garden was a plus that was also enjoyed by our kitty. Linda was a wonderful host; she always responded very quickly to our questions and requests. We highly recommend this place!
