Such a nice and homely place with a lovely view and very peaceful. There’s a nice restaurant only fifteen minute walk away and can walk to the local town along the beach front. The host is very helpful and always responds quickly. Would really recommend

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious house near Larnaca. The house is very clean, well-maintained, and located in a perfect, quiet, and private area. It’s close to the airport and all the main attractions in Larnaca, but having a car is essential for getting around conveniently. Our entire family loved spending time by the pool, especially watching the breathtaking sunrise in the mornings. The space is very large, comfortable, and perfect for families. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway!

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely house and pool situated 10 minutes outside Larnaca. Easy access to the main road A3 for moving around the island. Lovely villa with huge living area and a nice kitchen. Bedrooms are large with two bathrooms.

The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. An info to those who have to work despite vacation, sometimes the wifi has a good bandwidth and is well available throughout the house. The location is ideal to take excursions. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be, even though the airport is nearby. To the beach, you go 5 minutes and take long walks. Although we did not meet Lina in person, she was always available and responded quickly.

We have stayed in many Airbnb and found this home so thoughtfully designed/laid out and spotlessly clean. It’s difficult to describe but the layout is excellent with two bedrooms on each side of the single story villa and all have sliding doors onto very large verandas with shaded seating overlooking an orchard. The orchard has figs and all kinds of other fruit and my children absolutely loved collecting eggs in the morning. Twelve+ fresh eggs every day. The pool was cleaned twice whilst we were there and the pool shower room and toilet was a huge added bonus. As were the pool inflatables. There is a lovely shaded dining table next to the pool with a hammock, sink and fridge etc. It all just works really well. Charalambos was responsive and provides a thoughtful welcome hamper of bread and milk when you arrive. We had the pleasure of meeting him before we left and he is very warm and cares a lot about guests enjoying the special place he has created.

Great apartment, big and clean with everything that is needed for a vacation. The neighbourhood was nice and very close to the city centre. Definitely recommended

Dili house was beautiful and perfectly located in the centre of Cyprus. You will need a car to move around the Island but nothing is too far. Diliana was a great host and attended to our every needs. Would highly recommend.

If you looking a reasonably priced apartment for a long or short break, I highly recommend Eleni's place At Meneou - The Spiros Seaside Complex. Beautiful view of sun, sea, relaxation, simplicity, peace, last but not least a friendly and helpful environment. If you are happy to self cater, explore your own space, short distance to town at your convenience for shopping, option hire a car or hire a taxi, then it's the place for Soul purifying and rejuvenating. We travel a lot and always take off the villas. So there's something to compare it with. Villa Leslie is a place with a soul that was very reluctant to leave. Very cozy, it has everything and even more that you can find useful. There was wine, eggs,cheese and fruit in the fridge so as not to run the shop right away. The villa is at the end of the gated community, the perfect place to escape the people and the hustle and bustle. We were in mid-October, there were 5 people on the entire beach line. Ah yes! Just what bothered us when choosing a villa, the neighborhood to the airport. We didn't even notice it. But this is very convenient for those who rent a car. It's not so long from the airport to suffer with the wheel on the wrong side and riding on the meeting) A small fairy tale for residents of the metropolis. We will definitely go back and recommend. Beautiful villa. Matched the description well. It was clean and especially the pool was amazing! Definitely need to have a car, as the villa is a little off the beaten path. But a peaceful place. Maria responded quickly to messages and things were great! We're happy!

I had to transport my two dogs from South Africa and for complicated reasons had to go through Cyprus. This place was fantastic, solved my problem, and the area was great for walking the dogs to give them a reprieve before the next stage. It was spotless and had a private garden, which helped. The rooms were very well laid out. I had a terrific time and I am very grateful for being able to book despite having the two dogs with me, one of them large. I will be back with my family next time, but without the dogs.

We spent wonderful days in Cyprus and Tatiana's comfortable apartment and their location right on the beach helped a lot! Many thanks for that! We met wonderful people, enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the beaches and the delicious food and played with the cats. Tatiana's apartment is spacious and stocked with everything you might need. The green garden is directly adjacent to the water and has plenty of sun loungers; the terrace with a direct view of the sea has a large table and plenty of chairs. Best of all is the adjacent beach It is a treat for the soul to put your feet in the water with a cup of coffee on the "in-house" beach. The town of Lanarka with its great waterfront is just a few kilometers away and has many restaurants and cafes. The beautiful Nissi Beach or the capital Nikosia are about 30-40 minutes by car. It was gorgeous! Thank you Tatiana!

We had a great time at Petros's lovely house in Pyla with its private pool. Everything was as described, with the kitchen being particularly well equipped. The pool and the area surrounding the pool was clean, with plenty of inflatable pool toys to keep us amused. (I would perhaps suggest that a couple more sunbeds would be appropriate, considering the size of the property)? Our only issue was a lack of water on two days, however this was apparently general to the area and was no fault of Petros, who was extremely willing to send a plumber to us, if necessary. All in all, we enjoyed a brilliant holiday in Cyprus and would highly recommend the house and the friendly efficiency of our host, Petros.

Phill was a fantastic host. Very organised with directions and local information. House was great for 8 people. Pool was fun and regularly cleaned. A great house in a convenient location to explore the rest of the island. We had the best holiday. Thank you!

everything like expected, maybe better than that. it was the right choice for us: big house with many bedrooms (bath/toilet), great kitchen and good neighbourhood. a 24h shop is only 3min and the beach within 10min by walk away.

A very cute apartment just to feel comfortable ! The apartment is only 3 walks Minutes from the beach and 4 beach volleyball courts that can be rented for €5 an hour! All in all a very successful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place facing the sea, its tranquility and its green environment. Andreas was always responsive to our requests and gave us all the useful information to make our stay easier. We would recommend this rental without hesitation!

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!
