Stavroula was both proactive and responsive. She reached out to offer service and information, and open to help when asked. Our trip was interrupted by the Heathrow shutdown and Stavroula was able to help accommodate our changed schedule. She offered good ideas and ensured our arrival went smoothly.

Very nice property in a peaceful spot overlooking the Mediterranean. Would go back there.

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

Tony was a fantastic host, very helpful and always responded promptly. Any minor issues that we had (weather related), Tony dealt with swiftly. The property was as pictured and was very comfortable. It is clear that Tony takes great pride in his property and rightly so. An all round great experience and would recommend Tony’s property to friends and family.

Beautiful home in a beautiful place. Close to restaurants, beaches. Amazing pool! The host allowed us to stay longer due to the flight departure time, for which we thank you. Quiet, intimate neighborhood. The 340 bus is 25 min to the center of Larnaca. Highly recommend

Big company with children spent there NY holidays! It was nice, beautiful, all necessary equipment, table tennis, barbecue were there. And marvelous fire place made our holidays cozy and sweet. Thank you very much for the fast reaction at all our needs!

The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

We really enjoyed staying at Diliana’s place! She communicated well and we felt right at home. The house is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. The surroundings are very nice for an afternoon stroll. Equally, Diliana’s place is well located as the starting point for bicycle trips. A small grocery shop (and great local Taverna) is at walking distance, and you can easily get to the airport and Larnaca itself.

We had a perfect stay, the house is extremely comfortable and great maintained. Very quiet area, close to the beach. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back to James house on our next stay in Cyprus. Thank you James!!

A lovely spot. Lush beautiful garden and grass area. Super quiet and peaceful. A great place to unwind The property is lovely, clean and has lovely big windows to enjoy the garden view. There are 2 great beach areas within a 3min drive. Great swimming and a nice restaurant with a beach kiosk at each. Not easy to walk to from the property due to narrow roads that don’t have a sidewalk. A small issue with Airconditioning upstairs tripping the fuse. Hopefully they can get it fixed. Everything was excellent, and as it is mentioned in the description. George's father, Mr. Solon was waiting for our arrival in order to drive us to the house. He is a very polite man and we got a very warm welcome upon our arrival. He guided us at his house and showed us everything we needed to know in detail. The house is very big and keeps the authenticity of a cypriot village house. Everything was clean, and the house provides all the necessary amenities for your stay. The most remarkable fact is that the house is located to a perfect location in the village, extremely quiet, ideal for relaxation. The village centre is very close to the house (2-3 minutes on foot). I definitely recommend this place.

This house is embracing its guests - which applies as well for the host (figuratively) - with its warm atmosphere, comfort, decoration and inspiration. Even in the kitchen is enough space to dance not only in the main sitting areas! Perfect for 2 singles as we have been, great for small and big families! The outdoor areas cater for every wish: sun or shade, behind or in front of the house, sitting under olive tree or near the lemon one, barbeque or run around with your dog . Only the morning traffic or nightly motorbikes and especially the so called "Easterly fireworks" were unpleasant for my dogs as we are used to silence. To sum it up: we will come again! We absolutely recommend it! Its an outstanding place to be!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The view from the pool was amazing. We stayed in over Easter in late April and it was warm but not too hot and we spent the days sitting outside and just soaking in that view. The house is quite secluded and thus very peaceful. The beach is 25 min drive away and generally there are great little villages around to explore. The hosts were extremely friendly and nice and very quick to respond to anything we needed. We all loved our stay at Silk Tree Villa (4 adults and 3 children). Plenty of space, pool, garden and well equipped. The village has a great bakery, restaurant within walking distance plus supermarkets a short drive away. The location was perfect for us to travel to the Troodos foothills, Cape Grecko, the main towns, Kiti and the beautiful village of Lefkara. A great place to stay - we hope to be back!

We stay in this lovely villa for relaxation and family visits annually for the last 3 years. Wonderfully quiet place with everything you need and at the same time close to airport, kiti and also you are quickly on your way if you want to go to one of the cities. Older children also have a great time with swimming pool and pool table. Lots of places outside in sun and shade where you can sit/lie down. The swing bench and hammock are with our youngest favorite. Fresh eggs and fresh fruit in abundance. This villa is also great for 2 small families or a group of friends. For us it's nice here that family can come by. The host and his wife are very warm in the welcome and respond quickly to questions.

The place was perfect for us as a family, everyone had their own retreat and together we could spend time in the kitchen, living room or on the terrace. Since we only arrived at the beginning of the holidays, Anoki kindly did a few errands for us so that we could arrive relaxed and were taken care of for the first few days. She was always available to us for questions and gave us good tips for the area.

I think it is one of the best places to stay for people who like places outside of the town. Host is always very nice and helpful. The view from the terrace is amazing and the house is very convenient. We found everything we needed. We recommend the place to everyone.

Excellent location very close to the beach faraway from the busy touristic sites. The house has all amenities and is spacious inside and outside. The garden area in summer should be quite nice (in April it was a little windy). You should have a car to access the tourist stops and supermarkets.

We had so much fun exploring the property when we first arrived! The rooms are all very authentic and rustic, absolutely love how quirky the house is. Had a bit of difficulty finding the house but was able to call Flora who managed to coordinate with her cleaner who helped us find the house and an easier path for is to drive the car up! The hills nearby the house are very steep so would advise being a confident driver. Other than that, absolutely no issues! Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a very well equipped kitchen - spices, clean fridge, cooker and other amenities. The views are gorgeous and we would highly recommend the local taverna, the couple who own it are very sweet and the food is excellent local Cypriot cuisine. Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends and family 🫶

Our stay in Oroklini was excellent. We relaxed in the courtyard, cooked barbecue, and enjoyed the atmosphere and the views. Thank you to Danny and Olga for their care, for saving us, and for bringing an adapter for the socket 🙌 We recommend this accommodation to everyone! We want to come back again!
