Monthly Rentals in Pentagon City, Arlington

Great experience and a comfortable and clean place to stay! The “Cozy Bungalow” was exactly as expected in a quiet neighborhood and was in a perfect location! Very convenient getting to DC and easy to go walking around Pentagon City/Crystal city shops and restaurants. Rick and Soraya made the space very nice and welcoming. This was perfect for our little long weekend trip!Thank you!!

We had a great stay here for about 4 weeks. The place is very cozy and had just about anything you could need. Everyone we ran into in the business was so friendly. The apartment is right next to Walter Reed park where there is pickleball courts with open plays just about every day. Only thing I will say is that you do have to be able to walk a flight of stairs or walk a small distance from the street parking or parking lot to get to the front door. Other than that, this was one of the best places with a great host we’ve stayed at in a while.

Gloria’s place was very nice. Everything was as described and her apartment has everything you need. Parking was also great and private. Gloria was very responsive and proactive with anything we needed. She was extremely friendly and willing to help us when we needed help such as with any packages that were delivered. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect place to stay for a conference at a nearby hotel. The apartment was lovely and extremely comfortable! I meant to walk farther for a restaurant I searched up online, but found amazing places to eat before I made it there just right around the corner several times. Whole Foods is about a 3 minute walk away. The apartment building by itself is lovely!
