Great Airbnb! Very accessible and Ann Marie was very quick to respond with any query. Situated right next to the septa it made travel super easy.

It was a really nice accommodation, and they proceeded quickly when I was in a hurry to extend my schedule.

Had a nice stay at Alberto & Xavier's apartment in Fishtown. Hosts were super responsive and answered all of our questions. Apartment is well situated in a walkable neighborhood with tons of great restaurants and cafes. The apartment is up three flights of stairs so we were blocked from a lot of street noise. I'd recommend this apartment for anyone looking to spend a nice weekend exploring Philly/Fishtown :)

I stayed here while attending a conference at Convene. It's a great value for the price - fairly small and older apartment, nothing special for amenities, furnishings, etc. but better and cheaper than a hotel experience.

Ann was very kind to meet me upon arrival & show me around the apartment. It is in a very convenient location & close to tons of shops/restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The place was clean very nice all the directions were great it was very easy to get into and I definitely felt very comfortable I would stay there again if I ever am in the area

After our second stay at this garden studio, I could not recommend this place more for a downtown Lancaster stay. We were there for a dance competition at the convention center and it was the perfect location. Kirk was super easy to deal with, responded within minutes every time I have ever had to message him, and was super flexible with our crazy dance weekend schedule. I'll be looking to book again when we are back next year!

Great location and safe building. I had a very nice stay at Rainier and Billy’s rental during my conference. The directions to get in the building were great and pictures were extremely helpful. Walkable location made it easy to get around and park. Highly recommend!

It was clean, liked that it was right next to the local police station. The Airbnb was great. The area was walkable we waked around the city for a few hours and generally enjoyed our time. The parking garage next door stays locked after you exit it and that was the biggest issue we had with our trip. Parking garage also priceyy. Overall enjoyed!!

Very clean and nice place. Super convenient as it’s walkable to the convention center and the main city area. Quiet and easy to live. Highly recommend!
