Vacation rentals with a pool in Pennington County

Such a beautiful place! Easy to get in, very clean, friendly host, peaceful. The hot tub outside was our favorite. I recommend :)

Our overall stay was great. The home was easy to find and we felt right at home. We did have a couple of minor issues but Trinity was quick to respond and got us what we needed. Would recommend this place to others looking to stay in the area.

Our party of seven chose this location specifically for the ski resort and the historic towns nearby. We were also within an hour from Mt. Rushmore and Rapid City. This was the first time booking a stay at an Airbnb and this home set the bar very high. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances, even a crockpot! The house was very clean, spacious and had a feel-at-home decor. Our stay was booked the middle of December, there was a tastefully decorated Christmas tree in the living room with an added touch of a snowman in the front yard to greet us. We were truly blown away with these accommodations and enjoyed our stay very much, highly recommending this Airbnb to anyone. PS, we did not have time to check out the ‘Clubhouse’ that was included with our rental so have no comments to share.

We really enjoyed or stay at Sarah's Airbnb. Everything you need is within walking distance, which was quite enjoyable. Although, it is on the edge of downtown, we had no issue with road noise, which was nice relative to the location. There is a grocery store across the street, so it was easy to walk over and buy food to prepare in the well equipped kitchen. The Pizza Mill restaurant was also across the street and there pizzas were outstanding. I would highly recommend this impendent and locally owned business. We also walked a block to breakfast one morning and ate at the Our Place restaurant. This locally owned breakfast diner was also a gem and had a wonderful hometown atmosphere. Further down the main street were several other shops and places to eat. The only negative issue with Sarah's pace was the narrow, steep, and winding stairwell to the second floor. None of our group over 50 felt comfortable staying upstairs. All and all a good stay.

This place was perfect for our trip. It has spacious bedrooms, nice layout, very clean, all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect if you want to ride trails. The garage a d game room is great and they provided a power washer. The deck was a perfect setup and with peaceful views.

This place was fantastic for our very large family gathering. We filled every bed and room plus had people come and go for dinner meals and spending time together on that nice large balcony. This place did not cheap out on towels and bedding, the beds were super cozy and there were more than enough towels, I feel like a lot of places are very like you get one towel for your whole stay, This place had tons for each room, and then some!! The games were not working for us but that’s not why we were there and the space offer plenty of other entertainment like the pool, the beautiful outdoors and the nice cozy family couch which was great for football and kids movie cuddle sessions. Everything was 15/10! Not a single person was displeased. Thankfully they had a pack and play because we forgot ours so having that was extremely helpful since we had a baby and need a space for them. Someone lost a special ring and with honesty, they found it and mailed it to us with no hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay and a memorable week! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The front porch and back deck, patio, and pool where fantastic for relaxing after a busy day of hiking and site seeing. The set up of the house is great for multiple families (the cushy sectional on the garage level was my favorite!). The house is a short drive to restaurants and downtown Rapid City. We were able to Door Dash on nights when we didn't feel like cooking or going out. We were not successful in getting Uber or Lyft the one time we tried. The house is near the base so there is the very occasional rumble of a large plane nearby, but otherwise the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We didn't need to contact the owner for much, but when we did Jennifer was very responsive. I highly recommend!

We are a group of ladies that stayed for a full week. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and we had plenty of room and lots of bathrooms! Cell phone coverage was a little difficult for some but not really a problem. Future renters should be aware that it is 4 miles from town, but it didn’t bother us. Custer had a wonderful grocery store and lots of good restaurants to pick from! We toured the entire Black Hill area and enjoyed our accommodations! We would highly recommend this property.

beautiful location and lodg. it was perfect for our family to stay 2 bedrooms and baths. we spent the days at different attractions and then came home to a nice little space. no a/c, but it was always cool in the evening, so it was perfect. hot tubs were a great way to end the day. we stayed over the week of the 4th. it was just perfect.

Great condo in a beautiful location. The hot tubs and pool were great after a long day hiking around the Badlands and Black Hills. Would definitely stay here again!

short walk to the ski lift and got to relax in the pool, hot tub and sauna! would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

We liked it even more than the photos. It was so nice to have two bathrooms. Living on the ground floor was easy for carrying our gear. We loved the hot tub! (Sadly our first night it was cold, so check before arrival if they will heat it). Nice to have access to pool table and extremely nice to walk to Terry Peak just across the street! (Tip buy lift tickets in advance for New Year’s Eve! Pick up passes night before so you can get right in gear rental lines). Hosts were very responsive. Nice to cook our own food.

An absolute must stay! We highly recommend this location. It is a gem in the Black Hills! Amazing view from near the top of the Terry Peak area. Beautiful sunrise. Easy to find. Very cozy and well stocked with everything you need! Felt like our home away from home. Comfortable beds. Very spacious. The coffee bar was a super bonus! Even toys and games for the kids. Very clean and BEAUTIFULLY decorated! Hot tub is conveniently right outside. As well as access to a great pool/sauna next door! Super quick drive into Lead/Deadwood. We hope to stay in the future. Coley is an amazing host and very communicative! We were so happy with our stay.

We highly recommend staying here if you’re planning to go skiing or snowboarding at Terry Peak. It makes the getting to and from the resort so easy and for us, lucky because they didn’t have large lockers for our boards so we had to take them home for the night. If we’d have stayed somewhere else that would have been a problem because we don’t have racks. Anyway, the unit was cozy and well stocked. The pool, hot tubs and game room are a nice option for unwinding too.
