House vacation rentals in Peniche

Everything as described, clean and tidy. Well equipped.

The five of us spent a week in Agas' house and felt very comfortable. The house is comfortably furnished, highly recommended for families. The pool was extensively used by us and we cooked in the large kitchen. It's also great that a washing machine, dryer and beach towels are available. There are several beaches, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, but a car is absolutely necessary. Recommendations for beaches and other activities can be obtained from Aga. Only note: the terrace furniture is a bit outdated. The plastic sun loungers could be replaced and the wooden furniture could use a new coat of paint…. but that's really nitpicking.

The host met us on arrival to show us around and there were some lovely welcome treats for us. The house is modern, spacious and very well kept with good quality sheets and toiletries. When the washing machine broke, Karin arrived within 10 minutes and helped us to sort it, very helpful and friendly! Great stay!

Beautiful house and terrace, very spacious. We loved the sauna, bbq and pool but were a bit surprised that only half the pool cover came off. This was fine though and worth having to keep the pool lovely and warm. The surrounding area is quiet on a golf and beach resort. With a walkable beach but you have to walk along cliffs to find the access down to it. Sadly we had terrible weather so travelled out of the area a lot but can imagine it would be lovely in sunshine. We found it a little tricky to find arriving in the dark as the sat nav doesn’t recognise the address, perhaps as it’s on a resort. Would recommend if this is what you’re looking for.

It was lovely place to stay. Beautiful view, comfortable, clean and stylish. Francisco is super host, I’m looking forward to coming back soon!!!

Nice house for two families.

Excellent stay! The house is beautiful, very well equipped and only a 5-minute walk to a beautiful beach! Very spacious villa for 8 people. Manuel is lovely! We will keep great holiday memories.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house in Peniche! The location was perfect—close enough to local attractions and amenities, yet peaceful and quiet for relaxing evenings. The house itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had all the information we needed and quickly answering any questions we had. We especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the home and the scenic views nearby. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway in Peniche!

Absolutely loved our stay at Nannie's house! The location is perfect, with two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. It's also ideally situated for excursions to amazing destinations like Lisbon. We spent a lot of time enjoying the terrace, which was a lovely spot to relax. The house itself is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, where we cooked many delicious meals. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Absolutely perfect location for beach stay, surfing and belly boarding. Long waves for beginners. Rafael is a perfect host understanding that guests need lots of hooks, hangers to dry towels and swimsuits. A lovely little balcony to have morning coffee overlooking sandy beaches.

Erwin and Belle were wonderful hosts. I can’t say enough about their kindness. The house was immaculate. The location is fabulous. Beautiful views and easy access to multiple beaches. We had a great meal at Tugos. We also cooked in the well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend staying here and would come back.

This was the perfect spot for our group. An amazing beach is a short walk from the house and the house was comfortable, had everything we needed and had great places to spend time inside and outside.

Nice and very clean house, kitchen very well stocked., cosy little garden in front. Actually these are two small buildings - kitchen and living/ sleeping rooms +bathroom - the front doors are opposite each other but have separate keys. The nearest beaches (beautiful Baleal) are 5km away - you need a car or a bike to get there. Shops are about 3km away, among others on the way to the beach. All in all we had great holiday. The house was perfect for our purposes (a week of surfing class). Large yard for flushing the wetsuits. Enough space for the boards in the garage. The path to the beach was 5 min, you could easily manage with the surfboard. Hélder was very nice and we were allowed to check out later (3pm) so that we could surf again in the morning.

Good standard, DIDN'T smell mold, two good dehumidifiers in the apartment, no AC - but we didn't need that either. Exterior sunscreens on all windows- easy to handle. Clean and tidy pool only a few meters from the kitchen entrance. Here were sun chairs and parasols. Never full as long as we were there. The kitchen was well equipped and we often cooked there. Expensive grocery store at the facility, but if you drive to a local supermarket, the selection is very good and the prices are nicer. We also used both washing machine and dryer several times during our stay and it was very easy. The host uses professional agency that handled check-in and checkout. These were very service minded. Met us at his office and drove and showed the way to the apartment. Showed us inside the apartment where everything was. They were also available on message during their stay with a quick response. Host Teresa was 10/10 on service with everything we were wondering about. Peaceful resort. Recommend having a rental car. We would gladly come again. Thank you!

We love Baleal and this is a lovely place on the small Baleal peninsular. Great location with wonderful sunsets. Charming and very well equipped house. Easy walking distance to both Baleal beaches. Good storage for surfboards. Inês was a superb host responding very quickly to everything. Can warmly recommend.
