We had room number 3 (even though the picture said number 1) which is very spacious and gets lots of light. There is a small privat balcony which is very convenient for drying wetsuits. The common area (living room with TV and couch) and the kitchen are spacious and very clean, and there even is a washing machine. Only downsides are that there is a bit of bad smell in the bathroom and the noise from the street (only when the windows are open). If the host doesn't respond after a day, just text again, he is always busy at the surfschool and sometimes forgets to answer but very friendly :) Beach is walking distance which is amazing! We loved our stay and met nice people there (imagine neighbors with a shared kitchen rather than hostel vibe) and would definitely come again.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy little house! The location is perfect - peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive to great attractions and amenities. The space itself is spacious, with a large bedroom, bathroom, and living area. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking. The host was friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including everything we needed for our baby, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful time. And enjoyed the evenings at sunset on the terrace . We would like to come back. We were warmly welcomed and we didn't lack anything. In the evening, fresh grapes from the garden were on our table, so delicious :). Thanks for everything .

We’ve had a great stay at Underdog. The place is exactly as described and shown on pictures. The swimming pool, table pool and table soccer games were a treat for our kids which loved it. The kitchen is well equipped which allowed us to cook our own meals and Daniel is a super friendly and open host.

I don't have anything to complain about, just give compliments! Jorge and Tiago always responded quickly to my doubts, gave tips and let take my dog at the last minute too. Easy access location, near beaches and super clean. The room is spacious, but you can hear the other room, but that didn't bother us. I'm sure if I go back to Peniche, I'll stay there 😊

I felt very comfortable. There is a kitchen with the best amenities, even at breakfast there is everything you need. Place is highly recommended, everything is picobello clean, upscale amenities. Thank you for the great communication

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is tastefully decorated and very spacious — perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s just 10 meters from the beach, which couldn’t be more convenient. Parking was super easy and close by. Monica was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment is true to the description. The best thing is the pool and the space around it that is shared with other tenants, but we rarely saw them. Inside we only missed that the TV was only in French (although you can access apps like Netflix) and an oven, but both things did not seem essential to us. Didier was very friendly and hospitable. Too bad we couldn't talk much because we don't speak the same languages. We had a small problem in the apartment due to a lack of understanding, but as soon as we understood each other, he solved it quickly. The house is close to Foz do Arelho (within walking distance) and the beach. Foz is small, quiet and pleasant with a few restaurants and shops. A 15-minute drive away you have Caldas da Rainha with all the amenities (hypermarkets, restaurants...). In short: an apartment without great luxuries but with the essentials, with a spectacular outdoor space and close to the beach. Very nice hosts.
