Pembrokeshire Coast Workhouse @AlbroCastle

IsabelleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Albro Castle is an impressive historical place and I can’t imagine the effort and trust it must take to rent it out on short-term basis. Pete and Tracey were amazing at instructing us with all that was needed, fresh flowers in every room, enough space in the house and well equipped kitchen to cater for all (we stayed with 11 people).

Stunning coastal walks. Short drive to St Davids. Keith was a kind and considerate host. Cannot fault this stay, would love to return someday.

Just come back from a week at Julie’s - it was fantastic! We had such a lovely week. The bungalow was spacious, clean and everything we needed to relax and unwind. Julie was an amazing host who came to great us and always available if we needed her. Location was fab, very quiet and peaceful - the girls loved going for a walk to see the horses and donkey! Thank you Julie for a great week, we will definitely be booking in the future!

Romance at Oak Tree Dome + Sauna

CatarinaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
My partner and I came to spend a weekend and it was magical! We stayed in cabin 1, which was close to the wet room/ communal spaces, and had a beautiful view. There was heating and electricity in the dome which was a nice surprise. Nici gave us a very thorough tour of the place and we felt right at home. We bought a box of firewood supply from her and it lasted us our whole weekend. Kitchen was small but great to cook in. Really special stay, would love to come back!

Barn conversion 10 mins to beach -Molly Cottage

Sara & PeteRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We have stayed in many air bnb accommodations and Molly Cottage is definitely one of the best. We had a lovely quiet and peaceful stay. It’s difficult to follow other reviews as they appear to cover a variety of accommodations. The cottage was cosy, and well equipped. The bed was comfy, with fresh smelling bed linen and towels. To keep the cosy feel, helping with heat efficiency, retaining the heat and also to give a bit of privacy especially during darkness hours personally we missed having curtains to pull across the partially glazed exterior doors. The damp weather caused the enclosed back garden and pathway leading to the property to become a little muddy and slippery, making it a bit challenging to walk safely and prevent mud from entering the property. We had trouble initially with WIFi and smart TV as the network was different from info given but Jess was very helpful with prompt info to resolve the issue giving us good WIFI coverage. Great location.

The Dairy, 3 miles from stunning Aberporth Beach

IvaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We spent a great 4 days with the family over the Christmas period .It was decorated for Christmas for the kids. It was spacious ,well equipped and we felt at home.Shaun popped by with some delicious eggs to welcome us.He responded very quickly to any queries and was very accommodating. He recommended some nearby places to visit. We went to Aberporth beach on Boxing day morning. The sun was out and we watched as 100 people or so braved the cold and went for a swim! The following day we went to visit the Tresaith beach waterfall .Despite it being foggy and cold we wiled away a couple of hours on the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Shaun's place and were sad to leave.

Cosy Countryside Pod with Central heating

FrankRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Awesome place to stay in if you are looking for a cabin/pod for 2 in the Pembrokeshire region. We got very clear instructions on how to get to it before our arrival and the pod was just what we expected. Very clean and well organised inside. We even got a sunny morning in December and we were able to use the outside area to have a coffee before our departure. We’ll definitely be back when the weather is a bit warmer. 10/10.

Tin Can Retreat - Vintage Escape in 1962 Airstream

RebeccaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We honestly had the most amazing stay at The Tin Can Retreat! It was tranquil and secluded - just what we wanted. Communication from Stuart & Amy was fab and upon arrival, Farmer Gordon was super friendly and really helpful ! The airstream was super secure and dog friendly which was amazing for our Staffie - really well fenced with a gate that closed over so it was super safe for our dog to meet the cows and the donkey through the fence! Everything inside the airstream was amazing, it was everything you would expect an authentic airstream to be, like a home away from home with all the basic condiments provided! It was super warm inside given the fact it’s the middle of winter. The hot tub required constant attention with the logs but my partner was in his element with this and it was well worth it to sit & watch the cows in the field in the day and stargaze in the evening. Couldn’t of asked for a better stay & we can’t wait to visit again!

Studio/Cottage in Pembrokeshire with Hot Tub

KatyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We visited Tara’s place for my partners birthday. The studio was well equipped with cooking utensils, teas/coffees/shower essentials/hairdryer and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really liked seeing the photos of the building stages of the studio on the walls - it’s great to see the work that went into creating such a nice space. We spent most of the morning in Saundersfoot but the hot tub was a lovely bonus to come back to in the afternoon! The setting was so peaceful and quiet- we’re dog people so the welcome from the two friendly dogs was lovely! The Prosecco was a perfect touch to celebrate a birthday and we’re very thankful! Narbeth was a short 20 minute drive or so from the studio where there were plenty of takeaway and food options - we opted for Masala! Would highly recommend for a chilled getaway, we will definitely come back here for another stay, thank you!

Unique Grass Roof Log Cabin Overlooking Woodland

BenRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Pros: • Incredibly peaceful. I can't remember the last time that I felt the sensation of absolute silence. • Lovely decor. • Super friendly hosts. • Generous supply of wood for the log burner, and you can request more. There's a fire pit too, but you have to request the wood for that. • Sofa is very comfortable. • Extra stuff supplied, like nice bread, milk, blankets, board games, etc. • Private woodland walk available. • Wi-Fi is available. • Shower is decent. Cons: • Mattress is quite firm. • Is very private, but not entirely - there is a private road that runs past the front of the cabin and a few cars did go back and forth over the weekend, but it wasn't an issue.

Cosy cottage in a stunning location

GouthamRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Re-write my Airbnb review: This is possibly now my favourite place in all of the UK. Every hike was breathtaking. We saw waterfalls, beaches, cliffs, forest, and even seals. At night there’s such little light pollution you can see the real night sky, we ever watched a bunch of shooting stars. The views from the cottage are unreal. The cottage is incredible and the recent renovation has been done very well. The fireplaces were beautiful to use after a day of hiking. The beds were comfy and warm. Well decorated. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with utensils - do bring your own essentials though. They don’t provide coffee, sugar etc. but there are shops nearby to get supplies. Water pressure is a little low but definitely manageable. Slightly annoying you need to take your own rubbish with you - considering the price - but there are a number of nearby places to do this. However the pros about this place outweigh anything else, and I would go back in a heartbeat. Loved it!

Very friendly hosts with two beautiful donkeys! Very well laid out space with a wide range of children's toys both indoor and out. We didn't need to bring a single item to entertain our toddler. The cwtch was one of our favourite spaces, great and exciting for young children. The place was very clean and organised. The hot tub was so relaxing with a beautiful view. Highly recommend, one of our best stays yet 🥰 thank you! X

Treathro Farm - Rural, sea views, woodburner

martinRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Thank-you Debbie and David for the best New Year's break we have ever had. Actually, we both feel this was the best air B&B either of have stayed in, despite our travelling alone and together for many years. The place is perfect and the view from the front wall-ceiling window is breathtaking. It was stormy at times and this added to the dramatic setting, but with the cosy Dairy and a log fire, we were snug as bugs in rugs. We went for coastal path walks and visited the lighthouse, and I went on gravel bike rides which were magnificent along the Pembrokeshire Coast. We recommend Blas Restaurant in St Davids (which itself is a gem of a town) for a special meal and David also sells steak from their beef herd which is sumptuous. Altogether, we can't write enough words of praise and thanks. Martin and Carolyn.
