we LOVE, LOVE,LOVE this beautiful home. My family has stayed here multiple times and have ALWAYS had a great experience. The view is simply beautiful and peaceful. The home is nicely laid out with plenty of space and privacy for each room. There is certainly a 'wow' factor when you walk into the living area. A nice flow. Close to town but feel like you are miles away. Thank you Stewart for all the details placed in your home and for always going the extra mile. If you’re looking for 5 star, it is not that. But if you’re looking for a great place to spend time together with your family and great place on the lake, Joan’s place is perfect. Highly recommended location.

This is an apartment in a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The area is very quiet. Despite being a basement apartment I rarely heard footsteps upstairs, and when I did it wasn’t loud or obtrusive. The host was friendly , and the instructions for the room were clear and helpful. The washing machine was clean and worked well. Note that the only window is the frosted one in the door, so if you need windows then this may not be your best option. I’d stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Mayra’s place! It’s difficult sometimes to find a pet friendly location and she was so accommodating.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Birmingham! Benjamin was very responsive when I had a question and produced an excellent digital guide detailing check in instructions, what to do in the area, and a plethora of great eats within walking distance. Highly recommend!

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

The place served perfect for the needs we had. It was in a good location to get around town and had great security. The little community is quiet and nice.

Needed some time away!!! Found this gem and so glad we did. The view is awesome, especially at night!! Thank You for a place to come and relax that’s still close to home for us. Hope to return soon.

Very nice place. Only complaint would be that the bed frames are squeaky when you move, which is minor.

Great communication and accommodations. The place was spotless and felt very safe staying there. Close to a lot of shopping and places to eat. James was wonderful to work with.

Our condo was exactly what we needed. It was super clean, the furniture was comfortable and towels are high quality. The bed was comfortable and blackout drapes were appreciated. Dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and trash bags were provided AND bottled water and snacks were an unexpected treat! Thank you! We didn’t cook but the grocery store right next door was convenient for drinks, fruit and lite meals. The location is walkable to shops and restaurants. I recommend martinis at SOHO Standard!!

This is such a sweet condo! It was clean, quiet and just what we needed for the night. The area was quiet and we were able to get to amenities easily and I even got in a nice hilly run. The owner was super nice and responsive.
